THE SPACE

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby.

This apartment is located on the first floor. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 10 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

The host was welcoming. One of the showers didn't have hot water...and when maintenance came to fix it, they kind of left stuff in several areas which was odd. All in all a good stay.

Wonderful, large, clean apartment.Lots of windows for fresh air and natural light. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers and one bonus shower/sink room. Showers had great pressure and hot water, and was nice to have supplied soaps and shampoos.Plenty of lovely crisp clean sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Drying racks and hairdryer were also appreciated.Apartment is up one flight of stairs.Very close to metro. Bus stop outside of the front door. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est up the road. Neighbourhood is lively, and sometimes was a little too lively. Bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive: the restaurant below has some noisy patrons in the evening. Be very aware of your surroundings, especially in the evening, as you would in any big city.Visit the Boulangerie Des Artistes across the road. Every morning if possible. Lovely restaurant options within walking distance. Small grocery across the road, with many more in the area.

The place was nice and clean and convenient location from metro, restaurants, groceries. We had a great time there. The apartment would be even better if air conditioning was provided so people can sleep peacefully and comfortably at night. We had to open the windows to get some cool air and the street is too loud even at nighttime. So leaving windows open a while sleeping wasn't an option. Overall it was a good experience.

The apartment is very modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size for 2 ppl to move around in. The pastry shop across the street has the best croissants!The subway is a 2 min walk down the block.The host takes good care of this place. I would stay here again.

Lovely

Wonderful location, bakery across the street, and one block away from the subway. Quite spacious space, clean, and comfortable beds/pillows/towels! Overlooks a main road, so if you are a light sleeper, use a noisemaker. The owner had great communication and was accommodating letting us drop bags off early.

Mother/Daughter Spring break trip

Perfect for three moms and five girls looking to have a comfortable home base for an epic spring break trip. Apartment was attractively appointed and surprisingly spacious. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Courtesy bottle of wine was a welcome nice touch! Only con, while there were three showers, only two of the three bathrooms had toilets. The apartment was a tab bit stuffy but there were many windows to open for air circulation.The apartment was well located: close to the Metro, grocery store and coffee shops. Also, several restaurants in excellent proximity. And while there was a lot of hustle and bustle on the streets outside of the apartment, we felt very safe walking around individually out with the kids. The LivinParis hosts were very accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a group or with your family. Would definitely stay here again.

Pi’s in Paris

We had three couples who traveled to Paris. The location of the apartment was close to the Metro station, a short walk to the train station and next to a bus stop so it was very easy to travel around town and beyond. The checkin was very easy and the property manager (or owner) checked in to see how things were. They were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was close to wonderful bakeries and brasseries, and a short walk to a street with amazing food options to eat there, take back to the apartment or on a picnic. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars all around was there were only two toilets, although the listing clearly states there are three. There are three bathrooms, but one only had a shower and sink. We had a fabulous time and fell in love with Paris all over again.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is clean and contemporary on a busy street. Bedding is very comfortable, bathrooms modern and well maintained. It would be nice to have towel bars or at least hooks for towels. We enjoyed it!

Stay was great, Apartment was very nice and clean and was perfect for our group. The area was super busy and noisy and the smell from the restaurant downstairs was pretty bad everyday. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was nice and spacious with 7 people staying in it. The location is great, many restaurants are in the area and the metro is 3 minutes walk. 3 bathrooms all with showers, 2 have toilets. Plenty of kitchen supplies

Lots to love

We stayed with our family of 10, grandparents to 4 years old. Beds were very comfortable, location was convenient. Neighborhood a bit inconsistent, but lots of great food options in the neighborhood and the subway is around the corner. It's a perfect spot for 8 people. 10 requires 2 people sleeping in the main seating area of the apartment. We would certainly stay there again!
