The top floor great room has a spacious and airy layout. It contains a living room(couch converts into a queen size sleeper), dining room, kitchen, and powder room. The front deck allows sweeping views of the bay. The back deck allows ocean view. This well-thought-out home is so comfortable, and is a wonderful place to sun, swim, rest, and play.
Second level features: Master Bedroom Suite (queen size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and small dressing area), 2 additional bedrooms, second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, third bedroom has 2 full beds. Features a laundry room (washer and dryer) and second full bath.
Ground level has outside hoses and outside shower with hot and cold water to wash off all the sand from the beach.
Non-smoking house.
