Lovely home located on a quiet street, only 1 block wide. There is a 3 car driveway and a fenced in back yard, ideal for keeping small children safe. The top floor great room has a spacious and airy layout. It contains a living room(couch converts into a queen size sleeper), dining room, kitchen, and powder room. The front deck allows sweeping views of the bay. The back deck allows ocean view. This well-thought-out home is so comfortable, and is a wonderful place to sun, swim, rest, and play. Second level features: Master Bedroom Suite (queen size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and small dressing area), 2 additional bedrooms, second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, third bedroom is used as a den (2 full size futons) with large TV, DVD and VCR. This is a great room for the kids to watch TV, movies or play games and sleep in at night. Features a laundry room (washer and dryer) and second full bath.
