- Great Beach for tide pools and making bon fires! Sea lions frequent the beach and nearby bay. TANGER OUTLET Mall, 4 Golf Courses within 18 miles, TAFT District includes a Moe's Seafood restaurant, ice cream store and a pier. Take the binoculars to view the sea lions that occupy a large rock across the bay. Depoe Bay is 20 minutes south on Highway 101.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
We chose Lincoln City because of it's proximity to Portland and the multitude of activites which are available. We chose our house because of the close proximity to the beach and the neighborhood. Our house is on a quiet street with low traffic volume and very nice neighbors! The beach access is right on our street, so no busy roads to cross.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When our family stays at the beach house, our six year old son, begs us to have a bonfire on the beach and roast marshmallows. The proximity of our house to the beach, and the plentiful wood supply at the beach make this a fun family activity!

We are a family of four with two sons ages 2 and 6. We bought this beach house as a place to relax and "get away from it all". Our kids love to come here and the two year old is always disappointed when it is time to go home!

We had an awesome experience!!! Great Place and walking distance to the beach. The owners thought of everything. Extra blankets, towels, soaps, etc. They even had a closet full of toys for the little ones. We were there for 4th of July weekend. We had a bonfire at the beach and saw the amazing fireworks...It was an amazing experience!!!

we have stayed at this home for the past 4 years. The house couldn't be more perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths all the linens, and a fully stocked toy closet for our granddaughter. The owners were very helpful when we had a eye glass crisis in route to their vacation home. The home is located very close to a huge beach and is walking distance to Mo's. Overall it is a great locale and we plan to go back there many more times!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
