This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. One and a half blocks to the Pacific Ocean, in cosmopolitan Newport Beach, with fine dining, shopping, entertainment and vast stretches of warm, sandy beaches at your doorstep. The weather is usually beautiful, and when it is not, the sunsets are stunning.

The home was recently refurbished with new wood floors and carpeting. Furnishings are new, stylish and comfortable. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are upstairs to take advantage of the fresh air and light. An upper balcony for alfresco brunch or Happy Hour competes with the fenced patio below for barbeque and "Fish Tales." There are two "master" bedrooms, one upstairs, one down, making this a perfect property for two families. A large den/TV/game room also provides an activity center for teens or toddlers. Parking for up to five vehicles accommodates most groups.

Last summer, we were lucky enough to have a family reunion in Newport Beach. We needed extra space for our large extended family and so we rented another comparable property. The price was comparable but the property was very inferior. We realized how great Nana's Beach House is. A few features I'd like to highlight are parking for 5 !!! cars. This is huge in Newport as parking can be a real juggling act when the day beach crowd shows up and you need to move your car to accommodate street cleaning. Our property is in the middle of a block which really adds to the quiet and serenity. Our washer and dryer are brand new, in the unit, and only for your use. The kitchen is completely furnished. Everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal is there. The dishes and glassware are full sets, not random leftovers from long gone guests. Nana's Beach House is a beautiful home where you can fully enjoy the incredible neighborhood of Newport Beach and the surrounding areas.
