Newly remodeled and completely furnished with everything you should need for a great month in paradise. You would be close to the oversized pool, club house, and gas grills. Only a few more yards you would be at Portabella's Restaurant and Tiki Bar overlooking the 600 slip Marina and Ship Store. It is a short walk to the marina inlet where you could watch the sun set over Charlotte Bay.
The condominium is almost 1700 square feet with a glass and screened enclosed 480 square foot (15 x 32) Lanai. The unit has two large bedrooms with each having king-size beds and TV's.
The guest bedroom is large enough for a additional twin-size bed which is stored in the large walk in closet. It also has a computer for limited use. The living room has a full-size leather couch, love seat and a over stuffed rocking chair which all recline. There also is a Hide-a-way bed couch. The entertainment center has a 35 inch TV with VCR and DVD. There also is a stereo system with CD player. The kitchen has everything you would need for a gourmet dinner.
The Lanai has a patio set that seats four and two lounge chairs. We have beach chairs and other extra items for your convenience.
The washer and dryer are located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
