Fabulous cottage just four houses from the beach! Renovated in 2005. Light and bright with coastal decor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck and/or patio with beautiful patio furniture and gas grill. One queen bed and two twin beds. washer/dryer/dw/ac. Off street parking for one car in shared driveway. Sit on the patio and feel the ocean breezes!
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!!!! Sorry Booked Memorial WEEK.
This is a free standing cottage is situated on a lot with two other cottages. All three cottages are similar in decor, some variations apply. Starfish cottage occupies the front of the lot while the other two cottages occupy the rear lot area.
Walk to everything in town... restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment, or take the local open air "Jolly Trolly" at the end of your street on a three minute ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolly runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1am daily. WEEKLY ONLY June 1-Sept 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals.
If you need more room or want to bring friends and family ask about the other cottages that share this property. Rental is Saturday to Saturday Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels, and paper products. $450 security deposit required with rental. Half payment due seven days from receipt of lease balance due 60 days prior to rental.

Adorable and Comfortable Cottage

This cottage is bright, nicely decorated, and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness since dogs are allowed. The queen bed was very comfortable. A few pieces of furniture were a little worn but the cottage was very clean and that's the important thing in my opinion.The fenced in patio was wonderful for our dog. The cottage is on a nice street steps to the beach. It is a small cottage but it was very cute and a good size for us. Dewey beach is a relaxing classic New England style beach town. We loved it.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is a cute cottage very close to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning. We were able to bring our 2 dogs which we were very happy about. The patio is in front of the house, we put that to good use. I would recommend this property , the only slight negative is parking. There are 3 houses on this lot, each is allowed 1 space. That was fine for us but other renters brought 2 cars each. They left us our space but it was a little crowded. We were able to walk to a concert at a nearby bar, that was very good. We walked to Rehoboth once, but I don't recommed it because of dark roads. Dewey Beach is beautiful and less crowded than Rehoboth. Skip the restaurant right on the corner of the street. Food was greasy and the crabcakes were all nasty breading and very little crab.
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.
