  • This vacation home is as good as advertised -- no surprises! Everything is as perfect and pleasant as it looks. The house and area are ideal for a large gathering of family and friends. The beach and pool are both close, an easy walk, without having the worry of being right on top of either. A summer visit like ours can be extremely warm with temperatures in the 90s. But the home is wonderfully air conditioned and if you love to swim, there's no better reason to get in the water! You will not be disappointed. The Owners are very prompt and thoughtful, meaning -- a No-Stress rental process throughout.

  • I searched probably eighty properties last year looking for the perfect house to have our family vacation for five families. Mi Casa del Sol was the perfect destination and we had a GREAT time. The pictures really do not do this house justice...it is gorgeous in person and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The Frangista Beach area is lovely and the owners are very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property!

We finally chose Mi Casa del Sol and I'm happy to say that we were not disappointed. The bedrooms were magnificent and the kitchen had everything a large group could ever want.   • This house is magnificent. I felt very pampered by all the accommodations that were provided by the owner. Everything appears new and well cared for. There was plenty of room for all of us (11)to have our own space or to gather as a group. We never felt crowded but always felt at home. The little walk to the beach was just that...a LITTLE walk and it was great having the pool nearby as well. I would recommend this home to anyone!

  • Our June 2007 trip to Destin was wonderful! The Mi Casa del Sol was our home away from home. The location was perfect for our family members of all age groups. Our party of 20+ ranged in age from 3 months to 75 years. From the private beach, the neighborhood pool, nearby shopping and attractions make this property ideal.

  • We just returned from a wonderful vacation with over twenty family members in Destin. After looking at many different locations MI CASA Del Sol was our choice and it turned out to be the perfect house to meet our needs. Not only is the house beautiful and well decorated but the location was great, we loved having the private beach and spent many hours on the beach taking early morning and late evening walks, swimming, and soaking up the sun. What a great vacation, we made so many memories and I am sure we will talk about it for years to come!

  • My family stayed in Mi Casa del Sol in June 2007. We had such a great time. The house is so convenient to everything: beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, etc. The pictures on the website are beautiful! The house is even more impressive. The rooms are large and spacious and are beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. If you want a vacation of a lifetime for a large family, you need to pick this house. Thanks for the memorable week...can't wait to do it again!

  • What a house! We were so pleased with everything. A pool and beach within a very short walking distance, absolutely beautiful rooms, private bathrooms for each room, etc, etc.!!! We had a small family reunion (6 kids and 14 adults). The kids were all able to bunk together (What fun!)and the adults loved their rooms. We couldn't have asked for anything better, and the owner was so easy to work with and very helpful. We give it "two thumbs up!!!"
