Plan your corporate meeting, take care of business, and then enjoy the ultimate Catskills surroundings (corporate retreat, sales boot camp, employee benefits, and client benefits).
Enjoy your time in the most spectacular setting amongst the Catskills Mountains. Set on five acres of pristine wilderness only two hours from New York City, your opportunity to unwind and bask in the serenity of fresh air and peace and quiet is never-ending. This home boasts 6500 square feet of pure warmth and entertainment to meet every need and desire one might want in their own home. Views of Hunter Mountain till this day still take my breath away.
The house contains 14 large bedrooms with seven full bathrooms. The home is bright and spacious with antique and modern furniture throughout.
First level: five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Living room/ Dining Room with large stone fireplace, separate full size living room with wood burning stove and full kitchen.
Second level: seven bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Third level: take advantage of the game room complete with foosball, stick hockey, texas hold'em table as well as a blackjack table.
Basement: full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, commercial stand up freezer, commercial ice machine, and commercial kitchen sink. 30ft bar complete with 8ft regulation pool table, air hockey, slot machine, 2 flat screen TV's, and surround sound system. Capable of accommodating all of your family and friends, although a bartender isn’t included! Watch your favorite college and NFL football games on our two brand new flat screen televisions. Separate men and women’s bathrooms in the bar area.
Outdoors: enormous heated in-ground pool with 2200 square foot deck great for entertaining, two year round Jacuzzi's, and a tennis court with basketball hoop. Gas BBQ and outdoor stereo. Drive-in Movie Theatre located just one minute down the road.
In the winter there is nothing like waking up and looking out the window and seeing nothing but white powder.

Winter: There is excellent skiing at Hunter and Windham Mountain located within five minutes of the house. Kaaterskill Falls, Windham Winery, snowmobile and cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowtubing, Catskill Game Farm, Howe Caverns, hiking, horseback riding, and antiquing. MAY-OCTOBER $3,500-$5,500 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$4,500-$5,500 per weekend, $8,500-$10,000 per week
NOVEMBER-APRIL $1,500-$3,000 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$3,500-$5,500 per weekend, $6,000-$8,000 per week
$1,000 Security Deposit, $2,000 deposit upon lease signing
Cleaning Fee: $200-400
