Welcome to our new luxury beach house in Grayton Beach. We offer six bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a private lagoon pool. We are a block to the beach.
On the third floor we offer 2 master suites with large baths and walk-in closets. And a separate private family room with a pull out bed.
On the second floor is the kitchen, dining room, and family room which open to a deck overlooking pool. One bedroom with 2 bunk sets (4 twins) and a second bedroom with one queen bed.
On the first floor we have a game room with foosball table and flat screen TV. Two bedrooms both with queen beds.
For additional sleeping we offer 2 queen size blow up matresses.

We just returned from this Grayton Star.....and have to say all of our expectations were met and surpassed. Ben the owner was a true pleasure and professional to deal with prior to arrival and was very responsive to all of our requests and needs. The home is much larger than it appears in the photos. We had a large party 11 adults and 10 children and the the house never seemed crowded. Our rental dates were late in the rental season and the house needs a little TLC (typical wear and tear) However we thought the house was perfect and would rent it again without a question..
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
**INCREDIBLE** If I were you I would book this house!!

This home looked incredible on the website but exceeded our expectations!! Everything in the home was very kept up and every detail was beautiful. It made every one of us feel spoiled yet comfortable at the same time. The house is way closer to the beach than we expected and near a really cute shopping area. The owner is really cool and easy to work with. My husband and I planned this trip and the house was definitely a highlight! If you are asking my advice, I say "book it!"
