Ocean views and breezes, high ceilings, massive period furniture, large, airy rooms, an expansive, fully fenced garden, off-street parking for four cars - and much more - make this house truly unique.
Double front porches overlook the ocean in front, and double back porches overlook the garden. There are screened porches on the ground floor, front and rear. The elegant living and dining rooms were made for entertaining. Dine in the antique-furnished dining room, the gazebo in the garden, the screened-in dining porch, or the eat-in kitchen. The master bedroom has both ocean and garden views.
Three more bedrooms face the ocean, and two more face the garden. There are full baths on all four floors. There is a second-floor sitting room with a satellite-TV/DVD, and on the third floor there is another satellite-TV with a VCR. There is state of the art kitchen, with a Miele cook-top, twin GE Monogram ovens, etc., etc., and a large table for those who like to eat in the kitchen.
