Upper floor with all hardwood flooring,large family room with half bath, kitchen, dining area, laundry, two bedrooms each with private bath, and screened porch with swing, large open deck. Lower floor with stained concrete flooring has game room (table tennis, 42 inch TV) flanked by two bedrooms each with private bath.
There is a twin sleeper sofa in the main room downstairs. Property borders 200 feet of lakefront at a soft shale beach. Only 50 yards from lake. This is a relaxing retreat with lake views from essentially every room.
Boating and sailing available from nearby marinas. Golf and fine dining at nearby Red Apple Inn. Hike up Sugar Loaf Mountain in middle of lake. Surrounding is world-class hunting, fishing (trout below Greer's Ferry Dam on Little Red River). Blanchard Springs Caverns and Ozark Folk Center are one hour north in Mountain View.
