Our totally refurbished Hickory Cove villa is a charming two-storey pool-view retreat. Hickory Cove is on the bank of the eleven-mile lagoon system, ideal for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. The famous Hilton Head Island beach is only a five-minute walk from the villa. And you and your family can enjoy the swimming pool located in the heart of the community, right next to the villa.
The beautiful new furnishings in the living and dining room area will provide you with home-style comfort. The large deck surrounds two sides of the villa. A second deck is accessable from the upstairs bedroom. Other features include a sofa and chairs, a TV and a VCR in the living room.
The fully-equipped galley kitchen has new refrigerator and stove. Full laundry facilities are in-house, immediately adjacent to the kitchen.
Retire for the night in the king size four-poster bed in the large master bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and a TV.
On the second floor, the loft offers a comfortable working area with desk where you can set up your laptop computer. The guest bedroom, as large as the master bedroom, contains two beds -- a queen and a twin, another en-suite bathroom, and a TV. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the upper deck, overlooking the pool.
Our villa is an end unit, creating a bright and cheerful living and dining room area.
Linens and towels are provided. You need bring only your beach towels. A washer and dryer are in the kitchen area.
NOTE: We participate in a network of owners who rent their Hilton Head Island villas privately. If we are booked for the dates that you seek, we will be pleased to assist you to find appropriate accommodation. Just ask!

What a great location for a wonderful time in Hilton Head! We recently spent 4 days in this beautiful villa. We took bikes and kayaks and found this to be a perfect location to enjoy both. It is an easy walk to the beach and a quiet and beautiful area of the Island. We walked our kayaks directly across the road and put into the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system every day! The villa was perfect for our needs with the 2 separate master suites. The open floor plan downstairs was a great way to enjoy time together. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed eating in a few times. We rode our bikes from the villa to many other places on the island. Don was very easy to work with and very accomodating to our needs!

My daughter and I have visited many different properties on Hilton Head Island but this villa is by far the most perfect vacation retreat. We have returned for the last seven years and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The owners are very conscious about their guest comfort and their villa shows it. It is well equipped with all of the essentials, always clean and close to the beach. It is also very family friendly - the pool is very convenient to the unit. I would recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Hilton Head. Being centrally located on the Island this villa is close to everything you would want to do - beach walking, golf, tennis, biking, shopping or just relaxing by the pool. This will definitely continue to be our summer vacation for many years to come.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Don, my wife and two kids just returned from an awesome trip to Hilton Head. We loved your condo! We have stayed on the island many times in the past but this was the first for four of us alone. The distance to the beach was perfect and our kids loved having the pool outside the back door! We know many others will enjoy their stay in Hickory Cove as much as we did. Don, we have stayed on the Island a number of times, but our time at your villa was the best by far. Our kids loved the proximity of the pool and the beach. We loved having everything we needed right there in the villa - washer/dryer, towels, etc. Thanks for working with us to make it a great vacation. We can't wait to get back there again.

Don and JoAnn, We appreciate the use of your lovely Villa, for the three relaxing days.You had know way of knowing about the passing of my son and his being hospitalized.It was so nice of you to let it have it for those few days you have a great heart. I will be coming back again . We were thrilled that everything we needed was there on the premises.
