  • Always a GREAT vacation! Have returned 4 times.

"Beautiful property, steps to the beach, beautiful large balconies (3 of them), not crowded, wonderful twice a day maid service, nice beds, linens, robes, safe, perfect condo kitchen, 3 baths, I could go on and on. Just a wonderful place to stay for the most relaxing vacation in paradise. I Hope I'm lucky enough to go again soon. The owner was easy to work with and fair on pricing also. One more comment, get some groceries delivered and eat breakfast and lunch in the room. When going out or eating at the Ritz gets too expensive, order pizza delivery from Red Hook (Señor Pizza). Good pizza and salad and probably the best deal too."

  • Calendar not up to date

"Giving this 5 stars because I hope that is what I could have given it, but calendar had not been updated. Even though it shows available, upon requesting a rental; I was told that the villa was not being rented during September, due to repairs."

  • Great Condo in the Best Part of St Thomas

"My family of 4 stayed in the condo for a week and we truly enjoyed our stay. The manager will contact you with the details prior to your trip. GPS does not pick up the entire address, you would need to enter Smith Bay Rd, once you're on Smith Bay, just keep going until you see the Resort sign. The resort overall is well kept and it is still work in progress. There is security staff on patrol at night. The condo itself is beautiful and you can't get enough of sitting in the balcony. Since we had 2 kids we baby proofed the condo and put many items in the closet. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is great, there is everything you need in the kitchen and the fridge is fully stocked with condiments. Wifi internet is great and the owners have put activities brochures and recommendations in a small desk. During our week stay, we only turned the AC on two nights. The other nights we kept the doors open and the trade winds keep us cool the entire time. I noticed there are no ants in the apartment at all, which is rare in the Caribbean. Housekeeping does a great job at keeping the condo clean. The small Sugar beach by the resort would do if you don't feel like driving to other beaches. It is sandy once you pass the small rocks on the edge. If you're going to cross to St John from Red Hook, I recommended taking the 9am ferry. Red Hook is only a 5 minutes drive from the property. Also you won't go wrong with any restaurant in Red Hook. Maybe for couples a car is not needed, but for families with kids, you definitely need a car. I highly recommend this condo."

  • Paradise

"This condo is amazing for the price! We just arrived a day ago and it has been nothing but fabulous! The food at iggies was great, sitting by the ocean at night listening music what a vacation! But a rental car is a must we got ours for $56 a day beats the $80 we spent yesterday just to get here and go to the grocery store! Food is expensive at the grocery store as well so I would say eat at home and eat out It would probably come out the same seeing you won't eat a big bulk of food if your here for a week. Cindy was helpful providing all the information to make a trip amazing and took time to call and give me all the info when booking the rental! The view is amazing it's pretty quiet and we are really enjoying it! We will most definitely will return!!!"
