  • Perfect Paris Apartment

"I am an attorney in Santa Monica, CA, USA who recently stayed at this perfect Paris apartment for 4 nights in May 2014 with my fiancé and our mothers. During our stay, I surprised my now-fiancé with an engagement ring at the nearby Luxembourg Gardens. Peter's perfect gem served as the ideal base camp. The apartment is situated in a lovely area of Paris where you feel safe to walk to nearby restaurants, cafes, flower shops, etc. Neighbors are polite and keep their windows open to take in the sweet sounds of Paris below and the fresh Parisian air. The apartment itself is quite spacious. The dining and living room areas essentially constitute one large room with high ceilings that has a great "flow" to the apartment upon entry. Bedrooms are large and located in the back of the apartment beyond a modest but fully functional kitchen with all the accoutrements a guest would need, including a laundry facility. The detailed crown molding and wainscoting, as well as the artwork and huge French doors that open to the city streets below are highly appreciated. We played music, drank champagne, and even danced while the fresh Parisian air blew threw the large living room windows stopping only upon taking the bait of sweet aromas offered by the boulangeries, patisseries, and nearby cafes and restaurants below. Peter's manager Joe was professional and helpful. Both are affable and trustworthy. In fact, I was able to secure this perfect Paris apartment on short notice due to a rare, last-minute cancellation. Time constraints prevented up front contract signing and payment exchange, so Peter agreed to rent the apartment essentially on a "handshake." He proved himself to be a man of his word when we showed up and he was waiting to receive us despite our flight delay unbeknownst to Peter pushing back my arrival time by nearly two hours. My contracts professor once said no matter how good a deal is, if it's with a bad person, it's a bad deal. Well, Peter is a good guy and a man of his word, and I would encourage anyone to feel confident in trusting Peter and his perfect Paris apartment with their lodging arrangements. You'll be in good hands. I know we were. Thanks again to Peter and Joe for making my engagement trip to Paris so special."
