  • Perfect for our 4 Generation Vacation

"The hardwood floors were great for my 93 year old parents (walker & cane). My son and his wife and 2 daughters--4 yrs & 18 months completed our group of 7. The home was just what we needed for a 4 day relaxing inter-generational family gathering. We enjoyed the birds, views, horses, hot tub, fireplace, & Kim's hospitality. The German restaurant a mile+ from the home was amazing--reservations are recommended. I drove to Kim's home from Michigan after stopping in Nebraska to pick up my parents. My son's family flew to Denver from Seattle. We found this location to be an acceptable drive from the Denver airport. If you are looking for updated Euro feel amenities--this is not the place for you. This is for guests wanting a get-away with comfortable homey spaces."

  • Robin

"This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood convent to all areas around Denver. Marnie was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to our needs. Dan, from next door checked up on us as well. Thank you Marnie for providing this amazing home for our family. My family if 10 (7adults & 3 children's) felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the front door. We'll see you again on our next family trip to Denver.😘"

  • Ideal location to explore Denver

"Loved this location to base our vacation in and around Denver. The house is comfortable, clean with an excellent back yard and all the amenities we needed for a two week stay. House has great character and is located within easy walking distance of some excellent shops and restaurants including the Denver bakery at the end of the street which was an awesome cookie/bread shop http://victoryloveandcookies.com/vlc/. Highly recommend this property and it's awesome location for anyone visiting Denver."

  • An Enjoyable, Walk-able Visit

"Six of our immediate family stayed for six days to attend a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with some planning, found the one bath to not be a problem. We walked to local, independent coffee shops (Windy Saddle & Higher Grounds),to dinner each night and to the Coors tour. Most of our party climbed to the top of Table Mountain behind the house. The house owner was very easy to work with - good communication."
