  • Nice home, good location, Helpful owner

"Home was very nice, better than photos. Everything was very clean. The backyard is great for summer. Lots of grass and a neat area for the kids to play in. Nice Weber grill for grilling outside. Modern appliances (dishwasher, stove microwave, etc.) The owner was helpful, meeting us in person at the home. She helped me understand my confusion about an upcharge for using one of the extra beds in the home. In the end she did not charge me for this after we discussed it. Location was good - about 6 miles from downtown type activities - zoo, children's museum, etc. Convenient to I-25 and 225 to get to and from the airport. Hip neighborhood, close to DU. Excellent proximity to grocery stores (Sprouts and King Soopers) and Starbucks and liquor stores. Everything considered, we had a great stay and I would recommend this VRBO."

  • Everything we needed

"Sooooo much better than the hotel rooms our soccer team stayed in. In fact we had people over every night for dinner/games to get them out of their little hotel rooms. Great kitchen with a fantastic big table that everyone could gather around. Top quality BBQ full of propane. I really appreciated that the owner did not charge a cleaning fee and he was extremely helpful with all of my questions and a request for late checkout. Definitely would recommend this home."

  • Nice condo close to the best of Denver!

"We really enjoyed our stay last month at Larry's condo, which had all the amenities and provided a nice home base from which to explore Denver. The unit is in good condition, the kitchen is fully stocked (and then some!), and the complex has a small but well-maintained pool--a nice feature during those hot summer days. The condo is within walking distance to Whole Foods as well as some great restaurants; it's also an easy drive to get downtown or to any of the cute neighborhoods (Highlands, Wash Park, etc.). We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

  • Denver Weekend

"My boyfriend and I were traveling to Denver for a friend's wedding and had two nights already booked at a hotel downtown. We decided to make a little vacation out of it and stay an extra few days. Having had great experiences with previous VRBO rentals in other cities, we decided to search for another in Denver for the extra two nights we planned to stay. This cozy one bedroom condo was a short walk from downtown, came with two nice bikes and helmets, and a great little back patio with festive string lights and a grill. The place was clean and had everything we needed! It was also a short walk from the Enterprise which we used to take a day trip drive to Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder. The bikes were great for a tour of the river walk before our flight home. Stephen was able to check us in earlier so we didn't have to wander the city with our bags and check out was easy and quick; just lock the doors and give him a call and he takes care of the rest! I would certainly recommend this VRBO again. It was great for our Colorado get away!"
