  • Great Location!

"I just booked this home for what will be our 4th stay over the last 2 years. Our family just recently stayed here in July for a long weekend and had a blast. Not only is this a ski in/ski out house in the winter, you couldn't ask for a better location in the summer! The house itself is beautiful with every amenity that you could imagine. Everything inside is new or upgraded and the hot tub on the back patio is perfect after a long day of skiing or to just relax and take in the views! We can't wait for our trip this winter!"

  • Beyond Expectations!

"I recently hosted a group of ten for a few days of skiing and a super bowl party. The owner, Mallory, as well as the house manager, Sheri, were both beyond accommodating and assured our every need was met...it was five star service! The house was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the images. The entire experience from A to Z was terrific and I would have no hesitations to rent the condo again...in fact my guests have already said if do Vail for annual trip again next year there is no reason to look anywhere else."

  • 12 man FATHER SON TRIP

"Just finished our 4 night stay. Six dads and six sons all of whom are graduating from HIGH SCHOOL this June. Overall house was very solid. Loved the kitchen and man cave hang out areas. Only negatives: on arrival the house manager ANNA did not take the time to get rid of the snow on the outside deck area. Took about 45 minutes for us to shovel the ice and snow off the table and chairs on the deck. That being said we never used the outside area because it was too cold outside. I would highly recommend some kind of outdoor fire pit where guys can hang out and smoke cigars. The other complaints we had was the HOT TUB did not have a new filter on arrival and the main TV in the den did not work. Home manager ANNA did respond quickly to fix all this however when paying big money per night we expect perfection on arrival! The other thing that is kind of off kilter is the layout of the rooms. 5 bedrooms on one side of the house and 3 on the total other side. House built to represent a French Chateau which is great however you better have the strength to be able to drag your luggage up and down a ton of stairs. Any older or guests with a disability: this house no good! One final complaint. Yes you can walk to the lift however it is a huge up hill walk to get to the CHARTER SPORTS ski valet/ lift area so we drove the 2 minutes and parked in the $20 lot per day across from the entrance. Bottom line: by end of the trip we all really like the house. The house was very clean.....the beds great.....and everyone in the end was happy. Would I stay there again? Yes.......assuming Anna would make some of the changes suggested in this review. PS....I have rented 7 major houses all over USA over last 7 years. Overall I would say this is a quality rental home."

  • Best Value We have Found

"We have a group of 4 couples that have stayed for a week in this fantastic home the past 3 years! The house is always clean and supplied as though we lived in it. The kitchen is well stocked and we easily prepare meals for 8 with all of the glasses, dishes, etc. Beds are comfortable, the view is awesome from the deck. The location is excellent. It is an easy 3 block walk to the Charter Sports rental shop along Gore Creek. The shop is fantastic for rentals: easy to work with, new equipment, friendly staff. They will store all the gear so no hassle in hauling it. Larry and Julie are so easy to communicate with. Having looked at other houses in the area... we believe this is truly the best overall value in Cascade."
