  • Beautiful Place in Paradise!

"We recently stayed here in Key Largo and we loved it. The resort was great! It is gaited, so you have to have a pass to get in and out (Makes you feel safe!) It just gets hung in your car, but nice to know only people staying there will be using the pool. There are 2 pools. We spent most our time at the lagoon pool. It was amazing. I have NEVER been to such a great pool. Hot tub right there also! It was never crowded, and you could always find a nice chair. Our condo was great. Kitchen, Livingroom, screened in patio, laundry room, small bedroom (Had a twin size bed with another twin that pulled out) and a bathroom all on the main floor. (Which is actually 2nd level) When you walk in the condo, you go right up a flight of stairs. 3rd floor had 2 nice bedrooms. Master was HUGE!!! Another screened in patio with table and chairs! And so nice with bathroom. The shower ad rub were great. The other bedroom was a queen and also had its own bathroom. We had a pack and play for our baby in the Queen bedroom. We also had a teenage boy that slept on the pull out sofa. Place was great, property was great. Pool was even more amazing. We drove all of the keys and liked key largo the best. If we ever get back, we will be staying in this same place!! We went with a family of 8. It was 2 adult couples. 4 kids. (Age 6 months, 8, 15, 19) Place was big enough for all of us!! If you were going with 3 couples, I wouldn't recommend this place. The 3rd bedroom is small, but worked for our 2 girls! Or your 3rd couple could use he pull out sofa, that was nice! Also, the queen bed was quite hard and squeaky but the master bedroom (king) was amazing!! The property was very clean and the pictures were right on. We recommend feeding the Tarpon at Robbies. That was awesome, and quite cheap! And also heading to mile maker 88. There is a nice beach there and restaurant/bar. The pilot house was another good place to eat!"

  • Just got back from a Glorious 9 days

"We stayed for 9 days. What a wonderful location, minutes from great food, great water, great diving. This is a perfect house location for a diving trip. You have the pool to relax in, or get re-acquainted with your gear. the home is decorated just about perfect for the location, some nice colors, wall decor, not over the top, just perfect to let you know your in an island home. Plenty of parking (we had 2 cars but could have parked 3 if not 4 in the parking area). Very quiet, A/C blows cold. Beds are comfortable, kitchen amenities were perfect. WIFI, and Cable TV. Didn't use the SPA, tried but couldn't get it to heat, but honestly one doesn't want to be outside at night in the Florida Keys around the water ways, too many mosquitoes trying to make a meal of you. Honestly we are very happy we found this home, the owners/or management were very easy to deal with, answered questions etc.etc. 3 bedrooms, 1 had a king, 1 had a queen and 1 had a trundle. The wife and I sleep on a CA King at home, but here we took the Queen and were both surprised we had no issues with it, didn't feel small and was quite comfortable. Couches were really nice to lay out on watching some TV and relaxing after our dives. I'm thankful the owner had his boat moved or out while we were there, it opened up the view to the canal, so the boy could do some fishing and it just allowed for a more usable space. Will be back if they don't sell it :)"

  • Great place, great owners.

"Rented the place for the month of March 2014 with my wife and daughter. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and great to walk around in. We even walked to some local restaurants. The property is great. We really enjoyed the porch, large yard and canal views. It is just a short block from the community beach which was nice for our child. We also appreciated the covered parking, kayaks, and canoe. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. He was exactly who you want to rent a vacation property from."

  • Another perfect trip

"Recently stayed here for the second time. I would like to say it was just as good as last year but that wouldn't be the truth. It was even better! Of course the kitchen still had anything and everything you could need. The condo was very neat and clean. But both bathrooms had been completely and very nicely remodeled. I love that the owners invest in keeping this condo such a wonderful place to visit. As usual most of our time was spent at the pool. We did find some new places to eat and drink. Be sure to check out Shipwrecks, not easy to find at first, but worth finding. Gilbert's Resort has new owners and we found some great deals on some great food there. Can't wait for next year!"
