  • Great location

"You can't beat the location of this condo. The beach is just steps away. Everything was as expected, based off the pictures and other reviews. It seemed clean. Only semi major complaint was that the couch bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I guess that's to be expected it is a couch bed. The kids didn't mind. All in all a good place for our family of four(5 & 3 year olds), and very affordable."

  • Perfect vacation for our family with young kids!

"The trip to the Pink Flamingo was such a delight and one we will always remember. We were able to book this property last minute and everything was handled smoothly and with no hiccups. Carole was a delight to work with and always had a timely answer if we needed anything. As for the Pink Flamingo, the spaciousness of the home is what made the trip so pleasant! We had plenty of room sot spread out and didn't even touch one of the bedrooms. The kids loved their own space up in the tower and the views were beautiful! We loved the Seacrest community as we usually stay towards the Seaside area of 30A. We think we found a little gem and look forward to coming back again!"

  • July 2014 Stay

"Great house! Nicely decorated, plenty of room, convenient location to the pool, beach and shops/restaurants. Five minute walk to Rosemary beach for great shops & restaurants. Love the porches all over the house. Our only issues were with the beds and maintenance. The sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor room is on its last legs. The trundle beds in the bunkroom are just springs. The kids couldn't even stand to sleep on them- we ended up with air mattresses on the floor. Shouldn't be included as viable sleeping space. The handle of the microwave door was missing upon arrival. We called twice about it and were assured maintenance would fix it or swap it out but they never did. We could still open the door from the bottom so we didnt worry too much about it, but someone should have fixed it. Other than those minor issues I would definitely recommend the house! Also, the bikes were great! We have rented by owner in seacrest north before and the 4 bikes were all broken and the owners did nothing. These were all in great"

  • Extremely Convenient and Very Comfortable

"Convenience: A few steps out the door and you are in the pool. A few steps more and there's the golf cart shuttling you to the beach. First floor with close parking, to say this place is convenient is an understatement. Food: The restaurants and shops in the vicinity are mildly over-priced, but the food is great. I highly recommend Bruno's if you like a good pizza. No oven, but there is a microwave, electric skillet, and toaster oven. Publix and Winn-Dixie are only minutes away. Beach: The beach can get congested with all of the rental chairs and umbrellas. The shuttle service only runs until 5pm. If you were to walk, it's about 10 to 15 minutes. That said, the beach is gorgeous. Traffic: Patience is a virtue. 30A is a two-lane road with plenty of pedestrian crosswalks. Plan for frequent stops. All things considered, this is a a great stay for a great price. Highly recommend."
