About this property

Simply the Best... Sunrise Beach!!!

Our unit is a non-smoking one bedroom, two bath, with a separate bunkroom. The unit is full of luxury upgrades. Sunrise Beach is one of the Premier Resorts on Panama City Beach. Come and experience this great resort.

Our unit is on the 23rd floor with a spectacular view of the emerald blue water and white sandy beaches. The gulf front master suite, with direct balcony access, has a queen-size bed and television. Draperies have a blackout lining.

The large master bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi garden tub has a separate shower and double vanities.

The bunkroom has two twin beds.

The guest bathroom is very spacious.

The kitchen is fully equipped: GE appliances, ice maker, pantry and beautiful granite countertops. You will experience all the conveniences of home. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway.

The gulf front den is superior with direct balcony access, a queen-size sofa sleeper, 42” inch flat-screen smart television and wireless high-speed internet. The extra large balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the surf.

Sunrise has four levels of Gulf side parking, which is under the building. You will receive an e-mail from guest services to register for parking. You will pay $50.00 per vehicle online.

The pool, fitness center, and lobby are located on the fifth floor. Our large fitness center faces the Gulf, overlooking the pool deck, what a way to workout. The pool deck is located five stories above the beach with two large pools, (one is heated), two Jacuzzis, and a mushroom fountain for the kids. What an awesome view of the beach while relaxing at the pool!

We also have two gas grills on the deck of the walkway to the beach. This unit is awesome, what can we say...You must come and check it out for yourself.

Softball & Baseball: Frank Brown Park is located 1 mile from the complex.

Sharkey's Bar & Grill is within walking distance.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this vacation was and how amazing Sherry was. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Right in the beach and within walking distance of everything. Staff was very nice. We will be back for sure!

Great location. Okay property. Not enough supplies/toilet paper for a 3 day stay. Couch was stained horribly. Inside doors squeaked every time open and closed.

Location was perfect! Several restaurants walkable. Beach and pool area top notch! Plan to shop for toiletries, etc…..given bare minimum of any sanitary items/cleaning items (two garbage bags and two rolls of toilet paper for 9 days). Hosts very responsive. Pool bracelets not available until weekdays…..
