  • Nice place to stay

"It was quite an enjoyable experience over all. Owner Frank and his wife were very nice to communicate with and even left some onions and potatoes for us to use, in addition to some everyday condiments. After we had figured out the sleeping arrangement for everyone, kids and elders, we all slept pretty well. The kids especially enjoyed sleeping upstairs. The place to the beach was not too far for my parents in their 70s to walk all the way. We all had a very good time there. Thank you."

  • A Slice of Heaven

"We recently stayed here and what can I say, it was amazing. The beach house was clean and well maintained. In the mornings, I loved to walk out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves crashing on the beach; that has to be the best way to start my day. Being able to walk out the backdoor and be on the beach is absolutely wonderful. One of the features of this house that I think has been overlooked in many of the reviews I have read is the fact that there is an ice maker in the wet bar. Every morning, we were able to fill our cooler with ice and then walk right out to the beach. It was my favorite features of the house. With kids running around, it was very helpful to have 3 bathrooms too. I grilled hamburgers and hotdogs on the patio while listening to the ocean which was awesome. The patio area is very large and works well as a family entertainment area or just a place to sit back and relax. The house is located within walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The owner was very responsive to my questions and even gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. On the owner's recommendation, we tried Thomas Donuts one morning and the kids absolutely loved them. The Russell-Fields Pier is nearby and provides not only fishing, but some great views of the beach and the wildlife in the water. We rented a boat at Adventures by Sea and took it to Shell Island where we found hundreds of sand dollars while snorkeling. If you are looking for a great place to go and relax with family, then this is going to fit the bill. I am hoping to be able to go back next year."

  • Great location, owners listen to the renters!

"Dave and Brenda & Mike and Chris are wonderful people to deal with. They listen to the wants of their renters and make the condo feel like home. In the kitchen they had everything we could think of from a waffle maker down to a crock pot! They even had wine stoppers! The location for us was fantastic. A lot of things are within walking distance for bars and restaurants. The location to the beach was a short walk through the courtyard to a private entrance where people would leave their shoes or things they didn’t want to get sandy strait to the beach. If you don’t like the salt water for swimming, the pool is also right there next to the beach entrance. It is far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t get all the traffic but, close enough for a drive. There is also a lot more local places to try in this part vs the chain type restaurants in the Pier Park area. I went with my wife, 2 step daughters, my daughter, and 2 grandchildren. We all fit comfortably and having 3 full bathrooms was priceless! We will be coming back to this condo that is for sure!"
