  • Outstanding!

"An absolute gem! The property was far better than the photos depicted and the owner was incredibly communicative and hospitable throughout the process, which made us feel so much more comfortable about traveling half way around the globe for a vacation. The views were incredibly breathtaking! There was absolutely nothing we could 'want' for in their home. When we arrived, the home was immaculately clean and they left us a welcome note, plant and treats! It has all brand new appliances, a great washer-dryer, and was just recently renovated with incredibly tasteful decorations and furnishings. There is a lovely pool, hot tub, grill, beach, and well-maintained grounds on the property. You can't find a better location. It was absolute heaven. We sat on the lanai every morning at sunrise with Kona coffee and every evening with a glass of wine for some of the most breathtaking sunsets on the planet. Because we were right 'on the beach' (better than staying at any of the local resorts), we listened to the waves lap against the shore as we drifted off to sleep and then awoke to the same sounds of the waves and morning birds. There is an amazing 1 1/2 mile walking path from Polo Beach that hugs the coastline which we walked every morning where we saw sea turtles, exotic birds and beautiful plants and flowers. It was great for our 3 kids ages 13, 13 and 12. They shared one room and a bath which worked out perfectly. The kids nearly cried when we had to leave (as did I). As spectacular as the property is, the best part is that Steve was so wonderful to work with. He responded almost immediately to every inquiry and was incredibly hospitable. Even though we never met, I feel like we are old friends now! His family opened up their home to us- not a rental- but a real home away from home. We captured some incredible family portraits on the beach at sunset. It has even more meaning to us because we called it "our beach" all week long. The location was just perfect and we quickly learned our way around the island. The only negative, is that when the winds pick up after 12 noon, the waves get too strong for anyone to be in the water. Do your water sports in the morning and then go sightseeing in the afternoon. The condo has a step down, so it would be challenging if you have any mobility issues. Overall, it was the very best vacation we have ever had and in many ways it's because we were so comfortable with where we stayed!"

  • Wonderful condo and location.

"We have been to Maui at least 15 times. Wailea is our favorite area and Ekahi is one of our favorite places to stay. This condo was our favorite 1-bedroom that we have stayed in there. Had everything you would want and a nice view. Plus you can walk out on the street to hotels and Wailea Shops. We drive down closer to go to pool and beach area as it is steep for seniors coming back to condo. We never come in summer, so we missed the whales this time of year. Favorite restaurant is still Feraro's at Four Seasons. Loved playing the Wailea Emerald course but it is beautiful up at Kahili for less than half as much. So beautiful!"

  • Fantastic location

"We were looking for a place to relax with our family away from the bustle of a typical resort, but close enough to things for when we want to venture out. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you Art and Ellen for having and sharing your wonderful home. The pictures are true to reality. There was not single thing we found here after a week stay that was not at least as good if not better than advertised."

  • "Home away from Home"

"This was our first time staying at this condo. The condo was well equipped to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We had many whale sightings and beautiful sunsets while relaxing on the large lanai. Mahalo to the owners for making our first Christmas in Maui a wonderful experience!"

Instead of crowding into a stuffy hotel room, you can spread out in a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. If you want, you can pick up some fresh foods at the nearby shops at Wailea or walk over to some nearby restaurants. Catch a quick lunch at Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante or head over to Spago for a romantic dinner. Live like a local as you participate in holiday celebrations while staying at Wailea condos.

South Maui Beach Rentals Keep You Close to Popular Tourist Attractions

If you feel like taking a break from snorkeling, swimming, and sailing, consider spending a day at the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course. Top the day off with a luau celebration that your entire family can enjoy. Watch traditional dancers and listen to ukulele players as you eat tropical fruit and other local foods. Stretching your legs has never been quite so enjoyable as when you set out on a path through a tropical rainforest or on the Coastal Nature Trail. If you travel between December and April, gather your family and friends for some magnificent whale watching.
