This Sugar Beach unit is the perfect location. The beach was steps from the patio. The swimming pool is to your immediate right. The view is beautiful. The condo was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed. Joan responded very quickly when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again.

From the view to the bottom floor beach access only a few feet away corner unit lived up to expectations and beyond thank you very much for allowing us to stay there. We look forward to coming back again and staying at this or maybe others of your beautiful condominiums that you have to offer

We booked this condo last minute due to having to cancel our trip to Kauai. The space was absolutely amazing. Check in was easy. The property grounds are quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. The condo itself was clean, large, and had the most comfortable king size bed. We loved utilizing the full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every meal. The best part was definitely the patio though. The sunsets were incredible and you could easily walk right out onto the beach or to the pool. Thanks for an incredible last minute trip to Maui,

This is a nice unit. It needs a new refrigerator. Every time we opened the lanai door the the air conditioning would shut off, which is expected, We had to call the owners assistant and she directed us to take the panel off the wall next to the control and reset it. The mattress and pillows in the bedroom are amazing. We would stay in this unit again.

JOAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE ON CHECK IN QUESTIONS. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. 1ST FLOOR OCEAN FRONT CORNER UNIT NEAR BARBECUES AND POOL. THE CONDO COULD USE A DEEP CLEANING. OVERALL IT NEEDS TLC.

Beautiful beach front location

Great amnesties, very clean BBQs, staff is friendly, room had everything we needed. You cannot beat the view and location.

It is the best of both world staying here. You’re on the first floor, but you’re on the front side so your view is of the water but very handy. You can walk out your back patio and turn the corner and be in the pool but you don’t hear the pool noise. Best of both worlds working with the host was fantastic. Very responsive very clean. Definitely can tell that they know how to remodel and made the condo very fancy. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place. You can tell you take great pride in what you own.

Excellent rental. Location on the island and within the property was perfect. Has all the amenities you need. Great communication with property manager. Will definitely stay here again.

10/10 recommendation this place. The beach access right in front is unbeatable. Near the pool, clean, had the comfiest bed, very well stocked kitchen supplies. We stayed 7 nights and already booked another 9 next year. Joan is very responsive and really took care of us!

We had fabulous time at the Sugar Beach Resort. Joan made our stay memorable with a well stocked home that has stunning views including beautiful sunset. The beach is super clean and the resort has all the amenities one can wish for. Joan is super responsive and very accommodating of any special requests one may have. Thanks for a memorable stay. We found the perfect place in Maui for our future visits.

Great ocean front location with restaurants and food trucks nearby. Easily travel to all of the must see spots on Maui.
