250 sq m villa on a 2200 sq m plot with a magnificent landscaped garden planted with several Mediterranean plants, olive and lemon trees.
Situated on a hill, just above the sea, facing south, the villa has a 360-degree view of the Mediterranean and surrounding costal cliffs (Nice, Cap d’Antibes, Cannes, L’Esterel and naturally ‘Les Baous’). It is built by a renowned architect, in a traditional style with stone façade and large windows to flood the villa with sunlight throughout the day. A top class, luxuriously appointed villa furnished with care to provide you with the most relaxing atmosphere. It has many balconies and covered terraces with breathtaking views stretching to the sea over a quiet countryside.

The villa lay in the most sought after area, it is centrally located, within 20 minutes from Nice International Airport, 6 minutes drive to Vence, 10 minutes to Saint Paul de Vence, a highly acclaimed village for its art galleries and within 30 minutes of Monaco and Cannes. At a short distance you are in the picturesque village of Saint Jeannet where you can find restaurants, butchers, groceries and bakeries.

Please note that the villa can only be rented for a minimum of one week.

Simply amazing - from A to Z. We‘ll come again. Christelle was there whenever we needed support or had questions. The property is wonderful and well equipped, the pool and outside area is inviting, and the views are spectacular. Everything you need is nearby. WOW!

Gorgeous Views

We used the home as a base to visit Nice, Monaco, and some of the smaller towns. You will need a car to get around. Highly recommend La Forge restaurant in Carros.

Amazing villa in a great location. The villa is very well equipped. Fantastic swimming pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated greatly. We would definitely return!

Hidden Gem

Spectacular villa in a beautiful village called St Jeannet. Views of an ancient town on terraced plots with Nice and Cannes in the distance. 10 min walk to the village which has nice bars and restaurants. All in all a 5 star experience reminiscent of the Hollywood Hills.

Excellent villa with beautiful view

We had wonderful week with three generations in this spacious, clean, stylish and very cozy and peaceful villa. View to the sea and Saint Jeannet was beautiful. Pool, air-conditioning, kitchen - everything worked fine. Only thing that should be renewd are frying pans and pots. They were almost unusable. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We stayed at this villa from June 13–27, 2026, with five adults and a child. In short, we had a nice vacation, but found that several things were not up to standard. Let me start with the positives. The house is in a very beautiful and quiet location, close to the village (a 5-minute walk). This makes it easy to pop over to the bakery, butcher, mini-market, or café for coffee or a glass of wine. There are also two good restaurants and a pizza takeout place. The villa is spacious and has lovely outdoor areas (including covered ones) to enjoy the beautiful view and relax. The pool is fantastic. Finally, Christelle is a very helpful contact who always responded quickly and effectively to our messages. We do have the following criticisms: contrary to what the owner had explicitly promised, not a single bedroom had a mosquito screen. According to the owner, the previous guests had broken everything. We didn’t believe that. And according to the owner, there weren’t any mosquitoes anyway. Well, there were, and unfortunately, a lot of them. So we were forced to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, which we found very unpleasant. We were also surprised that we were given only two towels during our two-week stay and that nothing was changed during that time (not even the bedding). The pool wasn’t cleaned either. Finally, we would recommend that the owner provide much more written information about the house, the devices, and so on, as that was lacking.

Cher Monsieur, je me réjouis que vous aillez passé de bonnes vacances à Saint Jeannet et dans la villa. Concernant les moustiquaires.il y a une incompréhension, celles-ci n'ont pas été cassées mais ont subi l'usure du temps. Fabriquées sur mesure, installées depuis une vingtaine d'années, elles étaient devenues hors d'usage et la réparation et le remplacement envisagés n'ont pas été possible, faute d'entreprises spécialisées disponibles et acceptant le travail. Dans la mesure où toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation ,il n'a pas été possible de de les remplacer . Concernant la piscine, le pisciniste passe chaque samedi à 7h la nettoyer. Enfin pour le linge et l'entretien, la villa dispose d'un lave linge ,sèche linge ,table à repasser. Il est possible d'obtenir un service de personnel d'entretien en supplément, non compris lors de la réservation, mais il faut en faire la demande avant le séjour ou à votre arrivée. Bien à vous.

Lovely stay, perfect house for family holiday

We had a great time staying at the villa. The heated pool was fantastic for our 9month old baby, the house had a travel cot and baby bath. The sun loungers by the pool were great and the villa had a bbq. Few mins drive to a decent size supermarket or you can walk to a smaller shop & bakery. House is lovely and spacious with lots of zones so families can relax and spread out. All bedrooms have aircon, only one has a toilet. But they all have showers in. My only feedback would be the pillows could be better, only 1 per person and very thin they don't do much! 1 family advised there bed was very hard and squeaked at the smallest of movement through the night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

Family holiday

Wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Fabulous views of the mountains around. The pool was a great success, clean, lovely sunbeds & towels provided. Plenty of space inside the villa, bedrooms comfortable, showers powerful & kitchen fridge & freezer large. A couple of niggles- No basics in kitchen so be prepared to buy oil, there was tiny amount of washing up liquid & 2 bin bags but for luxury villa I expected more. The salt pot was also empty. However, there were 3 bottles of the local wine which was lovely. Very little instructions in the villa on how things worked - outside lights, oven, microwave or about the local area but the housekeeping staff are on WhatsApp and were very helpful. Overall it was a fabulous villa & definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, lovely gardens, amazing pool area with views that are amazing…… but let down by the internals of the villa itself. The internals are tired and need a little investment in redecoration to freshen the place. There are no curtains on the windows and not all the shutters are either accessible or work. A number of the mosquito netting over the windows either do not work or have serious holes in them. Also there is only 1 full on suite bathroom as 3 of the others have no toilet but have a shower and a bidet??. But location is ace and parking is on side and secure. We were 2 adult couples and still enjoyed our stay…..but will not return as expected better from what we read. The little town of St Jeannette is very pretty….. but down the hill there is a fab bakery and rotisserie…..and supermarket

Cher monsieur, Nous remercions d'avoir choisi Saint Jeannet pour vos vacances. Nous regrettons le volet et les moustiquaires endommagés. Il s'avère que votre séjour s'est déroulé en toute fin de saison en novembre à la suite de locations hebdomadaires depuis le mois d'avril . Nous avons tenu compte de vos remarques et les réparations sont effectuées cet hiver. En ce qui concerne les salles de bains ,la villa dispose de trois toilettes intérieurs et des toilettes dans le pool house. Trois chambres disposent d' une salle de bain avec lavabo et douche et une quatrième chambre avec lavabos, douche , baignoire et toilettes, tels que visibles sur le site. Nous sommes heureux que vous aillez apprécié la vue et le village. Bien à vous Philippe

21Day Villa Stay

Beautiful property, incredible views Pool and outside eating areas excellent House was great for six adults 2700 sq ftRoom for another couple as it has 4 bedrooms ** There were a few negatives The property manager did not meet with us to review the house, the cleaning lady was there when we arrived and handed over the keys to us, we were given house instructions over the phone by Christel. We had to follow up on house keeping, (Bedding and Towels) as the contract indicated it was to be done every Saturday, it was eventually taken care of after 3 or Whats App text.Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dish soap etc Unless the previous renters have left any of the above, as we did for the next group.After saying the above we really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, I would give it a thumbs up

Chère Laurie, Je suis heureux que la villa vous ai plu et que votre séjour à Saint Jeannet se soit bien passé. Vous m'indiquer que lorsque vous êtes arrivés la femme de ménage était encore là .Je vous rappelle que vous m'avez demandé d'arriver vers 15h au lieu de 17H comme contractuellement prévu .C'est pour vous satisfaire que nous avons accepter mais je vous ai indiqué que des vacanciers étaient repartis le matin à 9h et que le ménage risqué de ne pas être terminé à 15h. Christelle a plusieurs villas à s'occuper et une arrivée précoce peut l'empêcher d'être présente à une heure différente. En ce qui concerne le ménage intermédiaire, le problème de communication et d'information vient du fait que 95 % des locations sont d'une semaine et qu'il n'y a donc pas de ménage intermédiaire .Je complète le site à ce titre. Enfin , c'est pour respecter les règles sanitaires que les produits d'hygiène ne sont pas laissés sur place. En espérant vous revoir bientôt à saint Jeannet. Bien à vous Philippe.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, we had plenty of space as we were a group of eight adults, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the walk to the village to for bread/dinner/drinks is so easy, the areas that really need to be looked at are the beds/pillows, one of the beds makes a lot creaking noise and slopes from the sides into the middle of the bed, the smaller bedroom had nothing in there except the beds, nowhere to put your clothes? The pillows are so thin it was as if they were none existent, not great for a good nights sleep we all suffered, used rolled up duvets as a bolster/pillow. We would love to return but only if the few issues mentioned were rectified. Only the master bedroom has a toilet en-suite the others are outside the bedrooms.

Villa Magnifique

We spent an absolutely wonderful week here at the Villa. The beauty of the home is even greater than the pictures show. When sitting outside either by the pool or the gracious, huge terrace above, the views are simply breathtaking. For any film buffs, you will appreciate the same views of St. Jeannet as Cary Grant's villa from 'To Catch a Thief.' The pool is heavenly and sitting under the large parasols on the lounge chairs is incredibly luxurious, private and relaxing. One could stay there all day and feel utterly relaxed. The inside space is equally spectacular. The living room has a double height ceiling and large couches for lounging with large doors that lead to the terrace outside. All the bedrooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are contemporary, clean and spacious. The kitchen is perfectly laid out and has every item one would need to cook wonderful meals and the barbecue and pizza oven outside are great as well. The house is surrounded by fantastic foliage and lavender and the atmosphere is totally serene. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and hope to do so again in the near future.

Rugby World Cup Visit

Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need. The outside again is very well equipped with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for us all, a BBQ, a table tennis table and even an ice maker! We ate outdoors for all of our stay on the terrace. The pool is sparkling and warm, enhanced by the spectacular views down to the coast. From the villa description we presumed all the bedrooms were ensuite, but only one has a toilet. On the first floor two couples had to share a toilet situated on the landing, and the bedroom on the entrance floor again had a separate toilet on that landing. To avoid confusion maybe the description of the rooms and bathrooms should be changed on the website to reflect this. The bed in one of the double rooms may need replacing as it is very noisy and creaky! Some of the mosquito blinds also had holes in them and need renewing. All four bedrooms had aircon. Many thanks to Christel and Babeth, our contact. Communication and instructions were excellent via WhatsApp. All requests were dealt with swiftly. A wonderful holiday to see the RWC matches in Nice. We would certainly use this villa again.

Wir waren in Summe sehr zufrieden. Leider haben einige Lichter im und am Haus nicht funktioniert. Ebenso fehlt in den Badezimmern eine Toilette. Lediglich in einem Bad war eine vorhanden, in den anderen war nur ein Bidet. Ansonsten hat alles vom Check in, die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes mit Christel und dem Check out super geklappt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. :)

Chère Katharina, Je vous remercie de votre appréciation et espère vous recevoir à saint Jeannet lors de prochaine vacances. J' envoie immédiatement un électricien pour régler ce problème d'éclairage . En ce qui concerne les toilettes, il s'agit d'un mas provençal typique et techniquement nous ne pouvons pas modifier la déserte actuelle: une chambre avec salle de bain avec toilettes et trois chambres avec sdb qui se partagent 2 WC sur palier. We have just returned from a weeks stay and a week was not long enough. The villa is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The villa has everything needed for a home away from home, very clean and comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby there was plenty of room for everyone. The village of Saint Jeanette is beautiful with a few small shops and restaurants. Everyone in the village was so friendly. We hired a minibus for days out and this was useful to get to larger supermarkets. There is a local vineyard nearby which is excellent for a wine and cheese tasting, highly recommend this. We are already enquiring to book next year.

The villa is perfect for a romantic 'escapade' or a family vacations, it consists of a spacious living room with fireplace. In total there are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms all of which have been renovated, a new custom built kitchen incorporating lots of storage and there is also a double garage. The outdoor barbeque and pizza oven afford you an opportunity to cook the local produce and at the same time to enjoy the panoramic view. The villa has a new large swimming pool (12 x 4) lined with luminous mosaic, surrounded by a tiled beach area with a sun-heated teak shower and teak sun-beds.
