In the owner's house on the groundfloor one studio (50m2) with 2 beds (90cm) plus a sofa bed. Kitchenette with cooking ring, fridge, microwave, toaster, watercooker etc. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, big corner-bath-tub and hairdryer. Dining / Sittingroom-corner with TV and DVD, electrical heater.

Béatrice and Harry-Gion gladly welcome, you on their property of 7700 m2 at Laouillé, close to St. Loubouer and only 8 km from the thermal baths of famous Eugénie-les-Bains. The estate consists of the proprietor's own apartment and four furnished vacation rentals.

Des propriétaires charmants qui savent accueillir et gérer plusieurs familles à la fois sur la base du bon sens et de l'organisation. Un cadre idyllique où chacun peut trouver sa place entre son logement, des parties communes (terrain arboré et piscine) et des zones de détente dédiées (abris et granges superbement aménagées).
