4 bedroom villa located on the edge of Dénia / Oliva about 1km from the beach (500m as the crow flies) in the middle of orange fields.
Private swimming pool of 4X8 meters (depth of 1m15 to 1m70 with staircase access).
Do not be afraid of the lack of appreciation. We are new hosts will be delighted to share with you our little corner of paradise.

- Bedroom 1 or master bedroom with double bed and 3-door cupboards and adjoining shower room + air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: double bed with cupboards 2 doors + air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: double bed with 3-door cupboards + air conditioning
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds with cupboards 2 doors - the 2nd bed is stored below the first but with unfolded feet is at the level of the other + air conditioning

Living room with fireplace. Connected TV, DVD.
Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, fryer, ...

Compulsory end of stay cleaning.

Animals are accepted under certain conditions: tenants agree to pick up excrement (especially outside), animals do not go on the lounge chair, an additional € 20 per animal is required to cover the costs of additional cleaning (in particular the hairs to be collected in the house).

For the winter months (mid-October-end of March): electricity and WIFI are additional (cost price). For long durations (in winter) an arrangement can be found.

House 1 hour drive from Valencia and Alicante airports.
