A really pleasant apartment that had a very welcoming feel. We stayed for three weeks and it had everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic.The apartment was clean and well maintained although the oven took literally ages to cook things! A draining board for crockery would’ve been good to have. These were just little things. The correspondence with the owner and Jane, who oversees the apartment in Denia was great. She was extremely easy to contact if we needed her. British tv was good to have if you need a bit of respite from the sun! The washing machine was also extremely useful with a good, large drying rack on the balcony. The beach is a 5 min walk, the port area with fabulous restaurants is about a 10/15 minute walk. Denia town is great and again, about a 15 minute walk. Overall, a great apartment, well maintained and managed, fab location, amazing pool area and close to a supermarket. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Buen apartamento e instalaciones a 10 minutos de la playa

El apartamento está muy bien: 2 habitaciones, baño, cocina, salón y terraza grande, pero sin vistas. Jane, encargada del apartamento es encantadora y muy disponible. Las instalaciones de los apartamentos están fenomenal. Lo único es que la zona es muy tranquila. La playa está a 10 minutos y el puerto con zona de restaurantes está a 15 minutos.

El piso tal cual las fotos , una piscina genial y cerca de la playa. Se estropeó el lavavajillas y pusieron uno nuevo al día siguiente , un 10 ahí. Solo es incómodo el sofá que claramente cambiaría pero muy bien el piso

Fijn licht appartement met een groot zonnig balkon aan de straatkant. Ideaal is dat de woning vanuit de parkeergarage met de lift is te bereiken. Fijne ligging dichtbij centrum, winkels, strand en boulevard. Contact met verhuurder en sleutel overdracht uitstekend.

Good value stay

The apartment is in a great location for the beach & town, with many restaurants in walking distance. The furnishings are getting a bit tied & could do with updating, apart from that it is a good stay.

Cette résidence est toujours au top ! L’appartement était comme sur les photos ; Sean toujours à l’écoute ; et moins cher que les autres appartements dans cette résidence ; vous avez juste besoin de la voiture pour visiter les autres villes ; plage,centre ville,magasins tout ce fait à pieds, nous c’est sûr ont reviendra !

Estuvimos una semana en Septiembre. El apartamento tiene de todo, la verdad, y si no vas a comer todos los días en él te vale más que de sobra. El sofá es lo que quizá cambiaría y poner una tele un pelín más grande. La terraza maravillosa! Amplia y muy cómoda. La situación bastante buena. La piscina muy bien. En definitiva, buena estancia.

Très beau coomplexe privé, très jolie piscine bien entretenu, garage privé, et belle terrasse mais trop chaud en été pour en profiter. La clim est appréciable, la Cuisine petite mais bien fonctionel, Jane et Sean accueillant.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Denia. Très bon accueuil de la part de Jane. L appartement correspond au descritif de l annonce. Un petit effort sur la propreté serait appréciable. Le quartier est très agréable et l accès à Denia très facile, ainsi qu à la plage. Ideal pour une famille de 4 personnes. La belle piscine a ete appréciée de tous

Denia is great, a lovely authentic Spanish town. The beach is next to the complex, the town is a very short walk, it has a lovely marina and countless restaurants so you can relax and people watch. It is not Marbella so the prices are reasonable and affordable. Drive along the coast and the views are great, Stop off along the way in lovely Javea or Moraira. It is just great, we will retire there and so look forward to the day!
