Incredible stay with brilliant facilities. Location was brilliant for our stay due to it being away from the busy areas. Bolts/Ubers are a few euros to get to the nearby attractions.

Great villa

The Villa was perfect for our stay, good location for surrounding area and also easy walk to local supermarket /cafe. Villa had everything we needed and a lovely pool to cool off in. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay - great place for families

We had a really super holiday staying in the lovely, well equipped villa. Great outside space - we paid for heated pool and it was fantastically warm all week so everyone was happy. Bedrooms and bathrooms all good size and mostly well presented. Just a few negatives - the beds were comfortable & linen and towels great but the pillows were not good - most uncomfortable. We had a few leaks in the shower and we had to plan the use of hot water as there is not enough for everyone to shower at the same time. It would also be useful to have a users manual with helpful information. However the villa suited us well and we enjoyed our stay - we were in an 9 seater van and just managed the narrow road to the villa.

- ménage non fait à notre arrivée : poussière partout sur le sol, cheveux sur les tables de nuits et dans l’escalier, trace de mains et de ballon sur les vitres, grosses taches sur la table de ping pong, capsules de bières partout et morceaux de verre sous les transats et le mobilier de jardin, miettes dans la cuisine, traces partout sur le carrelage de salle de bain , taches marron sur le canapé ,etc.. obligé d’appeler la propriétaire pour faire venir les femmes de ménage le jour de notre arrivée ! Le service est pourtant compris dans le prix de location !! - Grosse trace de peinture moisie et décollée derrière la porte du salon !- Porte fenêtre de la cuisine vers le jardin qui ne se fermait pas ! Obligé de faire venir le réparateur de la propriétaire !- Pas de système de fermeture sur la fenêtre de la chambre rouge, obligé d’appeler encore le réparateur !!- Pas d’eau chaude dans la plupart des douches- Prises de courant arrachée dans le salon- Panneau murale dans les toilettes cassé - Joints de baignoire décollés ! Fonction spa de la baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas!- Salle de sport très sale, avec poussière, sable, et toiles d’araignées partout- Porte d’entrée qui s’ouvre mal et la clé s’est cassé dans la serrure ! Obligé de faire venir le réparateur une fois de plus !!- un jour, plus d’électricité à l’étage du haut et dans la piscine !! Obligé d’appeler encore la propriétaire !! - Et nous en oublions sûrement encore ! Je ne conseille pas du tout!

Heerlijk verblijf

Fijn huis met ruimte voor iedereen. Mooie tuin met ligbedden en zwembad dat eventueel kan worden verwarmd. Comfortabel en ongedwongen. Het was top!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Der Strand ist in 25 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom benachbarten Hotel bekommt man garnichts mit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus aber eben keine Deutsche Gründlichkeit

Haus ist groß und gut gepflegt. Verwaltung hilfsbereit (Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ersetzt) Extra Decke schnell gebracht. Kein Smart TV obwohl auf Nachfrage zugesichert. Kleine Unannehmlichkeiten wären. Pool-PH war mit 6,4 viel zu sauer, wurde auch nach zwei mal zusagen nichts dran geändert. Alle Betten als Queen mit einer gemeinsamen Decke, also bei Freundenurlaub vorher klären. Beim Pool waren schon viele Mosaiksteine weg, sieht dann direkt schusselig aus. Jacuzzi funktioniert nicht. Vier Bäder aber alle mit Badewanne samt Brause aber nur eine mit normaler Duschkabine. Spülmaschine kann man vergessen, auf Stellung Pro war das Ergebnis halbwegs akzeptabel. Sehr nett aber dass Tabs und Spülmittel komplementär. Teller, Gläser und Besteck in Hülle und Fülle. Ich würde es empfehlen aber perfekt war es nicht.

So wie beschrieben. Alles top. Für Reisen im Oktober empfehlen wir die Poolheizung. Die Kinder konnten so zur jeder Zeit schwimmen. Tolle Strände im direkten Umfeld sowie bis 45 Minuten entfernt.

Luxuary Home

When we researched this home one of the reviews said that the house was even nicer in person than it is on the photos. This is very true. My family had an amazing time. The house is very well stocked with kitchenware, laundry facilities and it is just beautiful. We were able to enjoy the grounds and the pool. We also cooked amazing gourmet meals. The only small improvements I would say is that while the house is total luxuary the bedding could be upgraded. Hotel style bed linens and pillows would have taken this place over the top. Also, a list of how to use the washer and dryer would have been helpful. Lastly, note that we had a large Mercedes Van (9 seater) which was sometimes tricky to get down the laneway but would not be a problem for a car. This was the first time I have rented a home rather than staying in a 5 star hotel but it won’t be my last if I can find places as nice as this.

Beautiful

We stayed at Vila Nobre for 7 days in October. We were met by Carlos, who was very kind and welcoming. The villa itself was immaculate, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. It was a little further from the strip then I initially thought, but the taxi service was amazing and cheaply priced. If we ever get the chance to go again, the only thing I would change is that I would ask for the pool to be heated, as it very cold throughout the day, even with the sun blazing. I would definitely recommend going to the local Zoo Marine. The whole family had a great day, and the shows were amazing! If we ever visit Portugal again we definitely be booking this villa, it did not disappoint! Thank you for a lovely stay, Carla

Ein sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Einrichtung perfekt - aber kein deutsches Fernsehen. Das war sehr schade und hat uns gestört, da in der Beschreibung von SAT-TV die Rede war. Auch war eine deutsche Kommunikation nicht möglich.

Stunning Villa, Helpful team and a great location

My family and I stayed for a week in April 2017. First thing to say is that the Villa is EXACTLY as the pictures show. It is beautiful. Lots of space, pool is great, sun loungers are comfortable, gardens are immaculate and the area under the canopies is fantastic. It is also probably the best equipped villa I have ever stayed in. It has everything you can think of and all equipment is of a high quality. The beds are very comfortable and there is lots of wardrobe space. Wifi is fast and very good, although doesn't quite reach the chairs by the pool. Other than that there really are no complaints as it does reach throughout the villa You can walk from the villa to the beach (approx 25 to 30 mins) and there are a number of supermarkets just down the road (Intermarche is the biggest and has everything you will need including BBQ stuff) The beach is sandy and has lovely bars for lunch/drinks. None are very expensive and you can hire sun loungers and an umbrella for a reasonable fee per day (€15) We spent most of our time at the villa as it is so amazing. Andre and Carlos made the entire trip simple and easy and provide an excellent service whenever you need to contact them. We will definitely be returning

Superb, modern and will kitted-out villa

We had a 10 day stay in August and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa itself is superb - very modern, well equipped and with obvious pride taken on the maintenance and appearance. In all our villa stays over the past 15 years in numerous countries, this was the best we have stayed at. Location is nicely private though it is a little further away from the beach and Albufeira than we initially thought, mainly due to the fact it is at the end of a cul de sac that you need to go back up before you head off to your location. Wifi performance was very good and the air conditioning was up for the job in the middle of summer. Appliance quality was very good and everything worked. Agree with an earlier review that it would be good to have beach towels provided for use around the pool, and also to have cushions for each sun lounge - there were only 3 cushions for 8 sun lounges during our stay. The bedding linen was getting a bit old and the pillows needed replacement. But these are minor issues that are easily fixed. The service from VIPAlgarve was very attentive and very good. We would go back - and stay longer!

Stunning

Well I don't know were to start....we was firstly met by Carlos on arrival and he was very polite and helpfull and even went out of his way to pick up some food late at night. The pictures do not do this villa justice it's massive with stunning gardens and very well maintained with some beautiful plants witch make it feel very exotic! One very big advantage was the pool has a electric cover and having a toddler with us it gave us a very good piece of mind for safety reasons. The pool heating was very good value for money and would recommend as it heated up to 32 degrees on our stay in June! It's was perfect for the kids and they spend most the holiday in it. Another bonus we found out about within a few days was there was a outside toilet for the pool users. We met isabel after a few days as she just popped her head in just to make sure we was happy and she was very helpful and always answered all our questions after many emails before arriving. A couple of areas we feel that could be improved on was that beach towels could be provided as saves people taking them in the suitcase and extra weight. Also when the cleaners came we had ran out of toilet roll and the cleaners only replaced one. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and the team at vip villas. See you soon Carlos and isabel as we can't wait to visit again.

Great fully renovated villa in a peaceful place

We spent a week in early april 2016 in this villa. It's brand new (house + furnitures). There is plenty of space inside and outside, The pool is big and well heated. Special thanks to the great team of Isabel (Carlos & André) for the perfect service. We warmly recommend this place & this agency
