The property has 4 bedrooms with large beds, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terraces, BBQ area, mini basketball courts, badminton and petanque. A large garden with fruit trees and ornamental mainly jacaranda. Private parking and wifi signal.
In the area there are different trails where you can walk enjoying the native vegetation and a privileged climate since the average annual temperature is 23 degrees. The nearest beach is 5 km away and is called Las Nieves and there is also a natural stone pool with sea water. In the Puerto de Las Nieves there are several restaurants with typical and international food where you can eat fresh fish and seafood accompanied by a good wine.

Exceptional !

Beautiful place with huge garden with fruit trees, chickens running around and historic souvenirs. Maybe it is not luxurious but very homely and peaceful. The views are stunning! During the week when you find different photos of the family members, you become a detective who tries to solve the history of the house.

La Casa del Molino de Viento is a fantastic house, full of charm and character, and many memories of the owners' family. The pool is huge, and there are all manner of other things to keep kids entertained - ping pong, croquet & basketball outside, and many board games inside. There's also an outdoor gym. Rito visits to clean the pool each morning, and brings fresh bread and even churros! The local town, Agaete, is pretty in places, but a little on the quiet side. Very few bars/restaurants were open past 6pm. The scenery along the coastline, especially towards the Tamadaba natural park, is stunning. The natural pools at Puerto des Nieves are also worth a visit, although the steps can be very slippery.

Super Villa mit großartigem Pool

Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist wohl der Pool. Diesen haben wir tägliche genutzt, Anfang April war das schon gut möglich. Rito war jeden Vormittag da und hat den Pool gereinigt und sich um das Grundstück gekümmert. Wenn man möchte, bringt Rito jeden Morgen Brötchen, das ist großartig. Rito kann zwar nur Spanisch, aber mit Google Translater geht die Kommunikation gut. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken. Es laufen auch Hühner frei herum. Der Hahn kräht ab und zu, auch morgens. Auch die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft bellen von Zeit zu Zeit, uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Orietta hat uns bereits vorher mit vielen Informationen versorgt, auch dafür Danke. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Excelente lugar para desconectar

Hemos pasado una semana en familia fantástica. Encontramos justo lo que andábamos buscando: un lugar tranquilo, un entorno ideal, rodeado de naturaleza, un sitio que invita a disfrutar y donde hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. La casa tiene un encanto especial, y la finca con muchas posibilidades para el entretenimiento de los más jóvenes. Ricardo fue muy amable y cercano. Igualmente, Rito siempre estuvo dispuesto a atendernos. Nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos. Repetiremos sin duda.
