This lovely villa with private pool near Artà, in eastern Mallorca, welcomes 6 guests.
You will be able to breathe the peace in the exterior area of this property thanks to the stunning views that you can admire while sunbathing on one of the 5 sun loungers. Then, you can enjoy either a good reading or a cool swimming in the chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 metres. The porch is equipped with a barbecue and there mountain views will still be your best company. There is a second furnished porch by the house.

Inside this one-storey house of 180 m2 you will find a great open room with the living, the dining and the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms and a toilet. The spacious main room is completely furnished and equipped with AC. The kitchen features an induction top and all utensils and appliances to cook during you vacation. You can rest on the sofa at the living and enjoy your meals on the table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The three bedrooms have AC and a closet each. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, there is another one in the house, while the last one is outside.The house is equipped with oil central heating.

This is a rural house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Artà. The town is about 1.2 km away so it is perfect because you can enjoy the peace of nature while having all services for an independent stay very near: supermarkets, bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine. It also offers an easy access to the eastern beaches like the one of Canyamel which is the nearest one about 12.8 km away, and other dream-like beaches and coves. If you like playing golf there are several courses nearby and the closest one, about 7.6 km away, is the Golf of Capdepera.
