Modern Updated Guest House in Great North Glendale AZ Location

This guest house is attached to our home. It is fully self contained with its own entrance and parking and outside patio. In the Summer there is a large diving pool as well (you may have to share with the owners at happy hour).

The property is about 550 sq ft and comprises of living room with recliner couches, 50 inch TV, with barn style door to the galley style eat in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel sink with 4 burner cook top, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and convection/microwave/baking oven with pots pans, glasses and dishes for all occasions.

The kitchen has a dining table and French doors lead to the patio and with a patio dining set and a barbecue grill.

The bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and walk in closet. Also included is a remote controlled TV.

The bathroom is one of the features of this home with resort like features, claw foot tub, fully enclosed glass shower with barn style shower door and 2 shower panels with rain shower heads and 8 body shower heads per panel

The property comes with a full indoor laundry room with front loading appliances.

All floors are wood plank effect ceramic tile. The unit has its own heat and AC with separate thermostat for your individual comfort. There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom, dining room and living room.

The area is close to the bars and restaurants of P83 and the Peoria Sports complex so it is great for Spring Training events. Also within an easy drive to Westgate where you will find the University Of Phoenix Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals and the Gila River Area for Coyote Hockey and concerts. Also close to the Arrowhead Mall and Tanger Outlet Mall for those of you who like shopping.

For the outdoor person we are close to hiking trails and Lake Pleasant where you can dine lakeside or hire a boat for the day or go horseback riding or on a jeep tour.

The home has Direct TV, Internet TV, Over the Air TV, WIFI all included.
There is a pool for the main house that can be used from time to time. The pool is generally only available from Mid April to the end of September.

There is a 2 person spa/hot tub. This is for the sole use of the guest house only. At the end of the day enjoy a soak in your own spa on your own patio. The hot tub is only available from October to May each year
