Our bright flat is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building with lift, and a shared outdoor pool for adults and one for children, only 250mt from the beach. The property is set over two floors: the first floor is composed of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony; the attic floor consists of a room with four single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 6-7 guests. Equipped with one uncovered and numbered parking space. *A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (early June/mid September): exact dates may vary due to weather/maintenance.
