The apartment was perfect, quite comfortable and the bus stop is only a few doors down. Quiet area and very close to Tesco and Aldi groceries. Bus into Dublin takes only 15" to the downtown areas. Host John was wonderful. Very personable and helpful, he gave us good directions for taking the bus from the airport and was very helpful during our week stay. A fantastic VRBO experience, all-round.

Plenty of space to move around in. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Ground floor gave easy access with luggage. Very quiet. Bus stops with regular buses into the city a few metres away. John the host was very helpful as we had picked up a hire car on our last day and he provided us with access at the back of the property to park and pack our luggage in the car. Definitely recommend.

From the moment we booked our stay, John was available to answer questions. He gave us comprehensive and clear instructions on how to reach our flat. So easy to use bus services in and out of Dublin. Supermarket within walking distance. The flat itself was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils that you need plus tea, coffee, sugar and a few spices. Great working TV, comfortable seating in lounge, small dining area, well planned bathroom and comfortable bedroom with reasonable cupboard space. Great washing and drying facilities in communal area. We were very happy wiyh both the flat and John's service.

This was a wonderful stay. Our host was very helpful, and gave clear directions for getting around the city. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right outside the front door, and connections that meant only one bus to get to the center of the city. The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils and basic cooking supplies (oil, spices, etc).

Great apartment

The apartment is great, big and spacious. John helped me a lot with his indications - he was really friendly and helpfu. I would book here definitely in case visit Dublin again.

A 20/25 minuti dal centro di Dublino. L'appartamento è in un'area residenziale con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Bakery, supermercati, più tanti negozi pub e ristoranti. Fermata del bus davanti all'alloggio. Consiglio per chi viene dall'aeroporto: conviene prendere l'autobus express perché quello di linea ci impiega un'ora e mezza.

Perfectly located in Dublin

John’s place has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Dublin! Apartment is clean and cozy, with great light everywhere, and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Laundry is a huge plus! The location is wonderful—a balance of things to do and places to eat, but quiet evenings and safe. Terenure conveniences, restaurants and parks are just a short walk, or a longer walk or short bus ride (stop right outside) takes you to the city Centre directly.

Best first time visit in Ireland

This property is definitely worth it. The location is walking distance from shops and very clean neat area. There is a bus stop close to the property that makes it very easy to get to where you want to be. John is an amazing host and very friendly and helpful. He gave advice and help right from when I booked to check out. Please book this accommodation you wont be disappointed. Thank you John for making this a trip of a lifetime

Everything to enjoy your stay

First of all, John guided us to get to his place. Then, he gave us all the informations needed for the house, eating and public transport. We didn't expect the place to be so large, in such a nice style house. We found everything needed to cook. The neighborhood is safe, several shops around, even a few pubs. Most of all, the bus stops are very next to the house and we could go downtown and get back easily in 20 mn. So we would recommend it.

Good impressions

Good location just outside Dublin. On the main street, which is great for walking safely an hour to Dublin, a 6-8 minute taxi, or right outside the bus stop...w/ convenient stores nearby, even a 24hr; denominational or non-denominational churches; parks & trails. While the windstorms kept me awake many nights (metal shaking/gate?), that's more of a natural, seasonal conversation. Overall, I was comfortable. John is very easy to communicate with (reachable) and a quick responder. I would both recommend a stay & stay again.

Great hosts and a nice accommodation

John R. and his wife were great hosts. It was the best organized private accommodation we have been. There is everything you need for a city visit.The way into the city is really easy with the bus.
