A separate lounge of 20 square metres provides an additional relaxation space. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and includes a private shower and WC. A separate WC is also available on this level, along with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.
On the upper floor, the property offers 4 further bedrooms. 2 of these are double bedrooms, both with access to a shared bath and WC, and 1 of them opens directly onto a terrace. The remaining 2 rooms on this floor are each furnished with 1 french bed. A shower and WC is also available on the upper floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 3.
