Welcome to "Still Waters at Carillon Beach"; a luxury property for those who desire the very best. Still Waters hosts a 4 bedroom main house w/extra queen bed in the tower and a 2 bedroom guesthouse, complete with a private pool (heated in cooler months), kids play floor, and a quick walk to the beach walkover 2 houses away! The property is perfect for multiple families providing ample room to spread out featuring 2 Living Rooms, 2 Full Kitchens, 5 full baths, 2 half baths and Children's play floor!

Professionally decorated home with 10' ceilings on the main floor sets up the perfect backdrop to the upscale decor. 2 gourmet, fully stocked kitchens awaits the chef in you. A large double, front porch is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings, while greeting neighbors as they stroll by. The upscale guesthouse features a Living Room "window wall" overlooking the beautiful outdoor living space. 90% of our bookings are multi generational families creating fun memories that last a lifetime.

PLEASE NOTE: Please include in your inquiry the names and ages of all guests. We do not accept school or college spring break groups, athletic teams, bachelor/bachelorette or wedding parties.

Beach service is provided March thru October. Service includes 8 wooden beach chairs with umbrellas setup daily. Additional aluminum beach chairs and floats are also available for a fun day at the Carillon's large, uncrowded beach. Bicycle & other equip rentals are available in downtown Carillon.

Please note: Exterior cameras are in use on all exterior doors and driveway including the pool door area. Minimum age to book this property is 30, Non smoking only, Animals not permitted due to severe owner allergies.

Still Waters is located steps from Beach Walkover #3, which is the only walkover in the neighborhood to have two bathrooms. The bells of Carillon can be heard providing beautiful tunes on the hour.

Carillon Beach is a luxurious, southern coastal, community that has been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living Magazines. No more dodging traffic on busy 30A to get to the beach. The entire gated community is south of 98 with no busy thoroughfares and large, uncrowded beaches. Carillon Beach hosts a prime location just 2 miles east of Rosemary beach and 6 miles from Pier Park. The neighborhood is perfect for family fun with 3 neighborhood pools, playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, monthly summer concerts, restaurants and more. Daily Delta and Southwest flights into the nearby international airport allow you to begin relaxing just 20 minutes after touchdown.

*Note - Still Waters has 51' of driveway space which allows for 3 average sized cars/SUVs with the 4th vehicle parking in front of the home. Vehicles in Carillon Beach are only permitted in front of, or in the driveway of, the property they own and/or rent with only 1vehicle permitted in front of the home. If you rent a golf cart, it will count as your 4th vehicle.

*Carillon Beach charges a $35 per car/per stay, parking fee which is separate from this rental agreement.

Perfect in every way.

A lovely home AND guesthouse, both with a “feel-at-home” yet “high-end” design and function for a family with all ages. Our favorite amenities were the pool (with utmost safeguarding); perfect for our littles and the generous beach/umbrella accommodations directly on the beautiful gulf water’s edge. We’ve been visiting Carillon for 10+years and Still Waters is our newest favorite. Fantastic Beach House --perfect for large families, close to beach

Me and my family have stayed at Still Waters several times and each time has been exceptional. Kim and her team are the absolute best hosts and this year they even added 2 delicious pies as a "welcome gift" on our arrival. The beach set up with 12 chairs is phenomenal and a very nice touch as well. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and very clean. You will not be dissapointed.

Great vacation!

This is a perfect house for a large family! There is space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! You’re steps from the beach which is great with little ones. It’s also beautiful decorated and very well equipped. We will be back!

Beautiful home in storybook gated community; excellent beach access; fun pickle ball courts (2); cozy on-site pool (heated nicely due to the cooler weather) and access to community pools; the home was beautifully decorated and furnished and allowed our group to spend wonderful quality time together.

Luxury home, perfect for a family of four

This house is gorgeous from top to bottom. The dipping pool was an amazing feature. The house comes with property beach chairs and umbrella ready for you on the beach. We were very happy with this rental.

The Perfect Home for Family Vacation and Perfect Location

This is our second year at Still Waters, and it is truly a home not a house. The owners have thought of everything! We appreciated the large rooms, well stocked kitchen and the easy beach access with plenty of chairs! The house pool is perfect for the grandkids, as are the bikes! We love the neighborhood- we have stayed in Carillon six times over the years, but BE- STill is the BEST! Thank you for an amazing stay again this year!

Home Away from Home!

This is our 3rd year to stay at Still Waters and we continue to be grateful for and impressed by the accommodations, the cleanliness, exceptional communication and amenities. Our family includes two littles, so the pool fence is a godsend. We also greatly appreciate the beach chair service, providing the folding chairs closer to the water along with the lounge chairs. While others were toting chairs, umbrellas, and the like - we grabbed towels, coolers and toys and made our way to the beach for the day. Kim and Ken - thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, for thinking of the little things to make the experience top tier, and for taking great care of your guests!

Designer home with amazing pool!

I love Still Waters. The carriage house has a stunning design and the pool is beautiful to look at. A very unique design in Carrillon. I can tell a lot of thought and love went into this house.

Perfect stay at Carillon Beach

This was our visit to Carillon Beach and we fell in love with the feel of the community. The owners have taken the time to make this house and carriage house really beautiful! Super location….very close to the beach and also to Bellview Park amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked…and we were cooking a Thanksgiving dinner! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms roomy. We had 14 people ages 2 to 72 and everyone could gather for games or be able to sneak off to read a book. It was a great week and we hope to be back soon!

Great Beach house for family vacation

Still Waters was a great home close to the beach. Our group has several chefs and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and we appreciated the pool alarm as we had an active 3 year old child. Kim called us shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and communicated well before we got there. You will not be disappointed with Still Waters.

SO Lovely and perfect location

This house is beautiful, spacious and so well appointed -- both a coffee pot and keurig for your preference, and... get this -- a full spice rack -- like all the spices! We had 5 adults and 2 children in the main house and 2 adults and 2 children in the guest house -- it was perfect. The hosts were super responsive (we wanted the pool heated a bit more and they responded immediately. I had literally 0 problems during our stay and we walked to the beach so easily each day. Honestly the best place we have stayed on 30a.

Incredible place for the whole family

Still Waters has been a welcome retreat for our family for a second summer in a row. We stayed over July fourth with 10 people total, and had plenty of room for kids and adults alike. The house itself was impeccable and Kim was so responsive and generous, offering to accommodate our needs in personal ways to ensure a relaxing trip, especially with four young children in the group. It's a short walk to the beach and community pools, and the house pool was a nice option for a quick dip. We cannot recommend this home enough - the community is quiet, convenient to 30A and perfect for a multi-generational family trip. Highly recommend!

Family Retreat

Excellent property for my daughter and her husband with their twin girls under 1 and their 2 year old son as well as my 5 and 8 year old grandsons. The cottage was home to the other set of grandparents who joined us. The pool was great for the kiddos! The soothing ocean breezes and lull of the ocean worked its magic again this year and Stillwaters was a wonderful home away from home!

Best Trip Ever

You cannot go wrong with Still Waters! This house has literally everything! The most wonderful accommodations, great common space in and out doors, 1 minute walk to the beach, and perfect location to walk to pickleball/tennis courts, cafe/shops, ect. We stayed here with two young children and our large family and everyone was comfortable and so happy! Kim was so attentive to our needs and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to rent Still Waters again for a future vacation!

Great House for Extended Family Vacation

Our extended family made up of 3 families met at this property for our yearly reunion. It was perfect space for our 3 couples and 4 teens. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandparents. Very clean. Short walk to beach. Great location. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Covid, but the owner was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing Trip

Still Waters was the perfect house for our extended family vacation! The house was well stocked with all the essentials. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the house. The beach chair service that comes with the rental made going to the beach easy and hassle free. Communication with Kim was efficient and effective. Carillon Beach is one of our favorite places to visit, and we will definitely return to Still Waters again!

Amazing Vacation Rental!!

Still Waters was such an amazing property! The house and guesthouse were both so beautiful and clean! The house was equipped with everything you could need and more. It was a perfect location for us and we LOVED how quiet and peaceful the beach was! House is super close to the beach, which was great for us, especially with toddlers. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this property-you will love it! We hope to be back at Still Waters soon!

Everything we dreamed of

My husband and I just celebrated our 10 yr anniversary here and it was amazing to say the least. This home is breath taking down to every little detail. We have stayed in many places but this by far has been the best. The walkover to the beach is very convenient and close. Having beach chairs waiting on you every day was such a nice feature. The homeowners were pleasant to work with and even checked on us our first day there to make sure we had no issues. We will defiantly be back!

Perfect for us!

Our stay at Still Waters was perfect for my husband and me. The lit pool at night had the feeling of staying at an expensive resort. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the fact that everything was new. I love the show Fixer Upper and the decorating had a JoAnna Gaines feel. :) We had a good bit of rain during our stay, but we had fun swimming in the rain at the pool anyway. We hope to be back next year if our finances work out.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

Still Waters was an absolutely perfect rental for our family (9 adults + 4 kids ages 1-7). The home is so close to the beach, and the beach chair setup was such a nice luxury. As always, the Beach at Carillon is not crowded and beautiful. This home was very thoughtfully decorated and appointed, probably the best we've ever stayed at! Also, the cleaning crew does a very thorough job; it was spotless on arrival (even the floors had been thoroughly cleaned). The pool in the back was great for our kids, and the owner generously set up a very sturdy child gate around the pool for peace of mind (FYI - it restricts access for both the house and the guest house which was perfect). We had such a great time; I can't recommend this home enough!

Perfect vacation for 9!

We stayed here with family friends, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 5-12. We didn’t even use the guest house, the main house had more than enough space. Very clean. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen very functional. Pool in back was heated which was perfect when the beach got chilly. Loved sitting on the porch for coffee and wine. Rented a golf cart but really didn’t need it, everything is definitely walking distance. Beach is 3 houses away, SO close. Perfect accommodations and loved the neighborhood!
