Benvenuti a Still Waters, la nostra nuova casa di lusso con pensione separata e piscina per immersione completata a giugno 2019!  La proprietà è perfetta per più famiglie e offre ampio spazio con 2 soggiorni, 2 cucine complete, 4 camere da letto, soppalco, tana separata e torre!

Casa decorata in modo professionale (foto degli interni raffiguranti il cottage) con 10 'soffitti al piano principale che creano uno sfondo perfetto per l'arredamento di lusso. Le recensioni a 5 stelle e le foto degli interni sono per la pensione che è stata costruita nel 2017. 

Still Waters è un 4 camere da letto, 7 bagni, 3200 sf casa e pensione con piscina privata, e solo 2 case dalla spiaggia walkover! (3 camere da letto nella casa principale e 1 camera da letto nella pensione). Durante la stagione più fredda, la piscina privata può essere riscaldata per $ 30 / giorno (3 ore).

- Main Home Primo Piano: soggiorno, sala da pranzo con 12 posti a sedere, camera da letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore con bagno annesso completo, cucina, bagno di servizio e lavanderia.
- Casa principale 2 ° piano: camera matrimoniale, ampio bagno padronale con vasca da bagno e doccia, camera da letto matrimoniale / doppia con bagno completo, camera familiare con bagno completo
- Torre: perfetta per i bambini, fatti strada. TV con posti a sedere.
- Pensione Primo Piano: soggiorno, cucina e zona colazione, mezzo bagno
- Pensione 2 ° piano: camera matrimoniale, soppalco e bagno padronale adiacente

2 cucine gourmet, completamente rifornite, attendono lo chef che è in te. Un grande doppio portico anteriore è il luogo perfetto per gustare un caffè la mattina, salutando i vicini mentre passeggiano. La pensione dispone di una "parete della finestra" che si affaccia sullo splendido spazio esterno.

Il servizio spiaggia è disponibile da marzo a ottobre per 4 persone. Il servizio include 4 chaise longue e 2 ombrelloni al giorno. Il noleggio biciclette è disponibile nel centro di Carillon.

Still Waters si trova a pochi passi dal Beach Walkover # 3, che è l'unico passaggio nel quartiere ad avere due bagni completi. Le campane del Carillon possono essere ascoltate fornendo meravigliose melodie ogni ora.

Perfect in every way.

A lovely home AND guesthouse, both with a “feel-at-home” yet “high-end” design and function for a family with all ages. Our favorite amenities were the pool (with utmost safeguarding); perfect for our littles and the generous beach/umbrella accommodations directly on the beautiful gulf water’s edge. We’ve been visiting Carillon for 10+years and Still Waters is our newest favorite. Thank you Kim for the ease and professionalism of your rental process and your special attention to make our stay a “we want to come back” one!

Classy way to stay at the Gulf

Still Waters was a great fit for our family of 13. The seven bedrooms and the main house / guest house configuration provided room for everyone, and the upstairs playroom was a wonderful place for our six grandchildren, aged 5 to 11, to spend time together when we were inside.The Still Waters unit is located very close to the beach entrance, and there were plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs available when we went out to the beach. During the week, the kids took advantage of both the backyard pool and two of the conveniently located community pools.Most of our past experience with Gulf vacation rentals has been with condominiums at various price/quality points, so the tasteful decorations and generous furnishings and amenities at Still Waters were a welcome surprise. We were also impressed by the Carillon Beach development as a whole, which allowed easy access to nearby retail spaces without compromising the vibe of the residential areas.Since we were there during the 4th of July, we got to experience additional festivities including a parade of decorated golf carts and some free refreshments. It was great to know that Carillon Beach property management was making the extra effort to help residents and guests enjoy their stay.We had a short delay at check-in while the housekeepers completed their work, but everything else went without a hitch. The property owners were great to work with throughout the process, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Beach House --perfect for large families, close to beach

Me and my family have stayed at Still Waters several times and each time has been exceptional. Kim and her team are the absolute best hosts and this year they even added 2 delicious pies as a "welcome gift" on our arrival. The beach set up with 12 chairs is phenomenal and a very nice touch as well. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and very clean. You will not be dissapointed.

Home Away from Home!

This is our 3rd year to stay at Still Waters and we continue to be grateful for and impressed by the accommodations, the cleanliness, exceptional communication and amenities. Our family includes two littles, so the pool fence is a godsend. We also greatly appreciate the beach chair service, providing the folding chairs closer to the water along with the lounge chairs. While others were toting chairs, umbrellas, and the like - we grabbed towels, coolers and toys and made our way to the beach for the day. Kim and Ken - thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, for thinking of the little things to make the experience top tier, and for taking great care of your guests!

Perfect stay at Carillon Beach

This was our visit to Carillon Beach and we fell in love with the feel of the community. The owners have taken the time to make this house and carriage house really beautiful! Super location….very close to the beach and also to Bellview Park amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked…and we were cooking a Thanksgiving dinner! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms roomy. We had 14 people ages 2 to 72 and everyone could gather for games or be able to sneak off to read a book. It was a great week and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing House for a big family

We loved our stay so much that we are already looking to book next year. We had 6 kids with us and everyone had plenty of space. The kid playroom was an extra bonus. The private pool is shallow enough that my 5 year old could touch in many areas, which was nice! The house was very clean, perfectly stocked with cooking supplies, etc. and beds were comfortable. We did not rent a golf cart and we were glad we didn’t, as beach access is so close! Bikes were on the property and access to pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground was super easy. The house was likely our favorite rental over many many years of vacationing along 30a. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Incredible place for the whole family

Still Waters has been a welcome retreat for our family for a second summer in a row. We stayed over July fourth with 10 people total, and had plenty of room for kids and adults alike. The house itself was impeccable and Kim was so responsive and generous, offering to accommodate our needs in personal ways to ensure a relaxing trip, especially with four young children in the group. It's a short walk to the beach and community pools, and the house pool was a nice option for a quick dip. We cannot recommend this home enough - the community is quiet, convenient to 30A and perfect for a multi-generational family trip. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Home for Family Vacation and Perfect Location

This is our second year at Still Waters, and it is truly a home not a house. The owners have thought of everything! We appreciated the large rooms, well stocked kitchen and the easy beach access with plenty of chairs! The house pool is perfect for the grandkids, as are the bikes! We love the neighborhood- we have stayed in Carillon six times over the years, but BE- STill is the BEST! Thank you for an amazing stay again this year!

I’d venture to say that Still Waters is the best house there. The thing that makes this house so special is the owner, Kim. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are welcome and at home. She has literally thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, towels, and ample dishes etc… There is a game room FULL of games. (Last year when it rained a lot of the week, she UPS us even more games.) Every bedroom is comfortable and beautiful. The guest house is amazing and it’s helpful to have an extra refrigerator. I think Kim wants her guests to feel like they do at home, comfortable and surrounded with so many extras. We’ve been coming to 30A for over 20 years. We’ve stayed at different beaches. I would pick Carillon over them all and that is mainly because of Still Waters and the extra mile Kim goes to make you feel like you’ve come home! (Not to mention the luxury of the beach chairs and bikes). Thank you Kim!!!!

Best Trip Ever

You cannot go wrong with Still Waters! This house has literally everything! The most wonderful accommodations, great common space in and out doors, 1 minute walk to the beach, and perfect location to walk to pickleball/tennis courts, cafe/shops, ect. We stayed here with two young children and our large family and everyone was comfortable and so happy! Kim was so attentive to our needs and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to rent Still Waters again for a future vacation!

Perfect Family Beach Trip

Still Waters was an absolutely perfect rental for our family (9 adults + 4 kids ages 1-7). The home is so close to the beach, and the beach chair setup was such a nice luxury. As always, the Beach at Carillon is not crowded and beautiful. This home was very thoughtfully decorated and appointed, probably the best we've ever stayed at! Also, the cleaning crew does a very thorough job; it was spotless on arrival (even the floors had been thoroughly cleaned). The pool in the back was great for our kids, and the owner generously set up a very sturdy child gate around the pool for peace of mind (FYI - it restricts access for both the house and the guest house which was perfect). We had such a great time; I can't recommend this home enough!

Amazing Trip

Still Waters was the perfect house for our extended family vacation! The house was well stocked with all the essentials. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the house. The beach chair service that comes with the rental made going to the beach easy and hassle free. Communication with Kim was efficient and effective. Carillon Beach is one of our favorite places to visit, and we will definitely return to Still Waters again!

SO Lovely and perfect location

This house is beautiful, spacious and so well appointed -- both a coffee pot and keurig for your preference, and... get this -- a full spice rack -- like all the spices! We had 5 adults and 2 children in the main house and 2 adults and 2 children in the guest house -- it was perfect. The hosts were super responsive (we wanted the pool heated a bit more and they responded immediately. I had literally 0 problems during our stay and we walked to the beach so easily each day. Honestly the best place we have stayed on 30a.

Great vacation!

This is a perfect house for a large family! There is space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! You’re steps from the beach which is great with little ones. It’s also beautiful decorated and very well equipped. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home

The houses were amazing! The owner thought of everything! The kitchens are well stocked (even olive oil) and the space and additional amenities (games, bikes, coolers, to-go tumblers, and even garbage bags and paper towels) perfectly provided our family with accommodations like we have never had! The proximity to the beach walk over and the 12 beach chairs made our vacation nearly perfect! The pool at the house was the perfect size for the kids, and the provided beach towels and comfy outdoor furniture was the perfect post-beach hangout! Kim’s hospitality was unparalleled! We have been renting on the Emerald Coast for 20+ years, and this was by far the BEST experience yet! We have already booked for next year!

Best place to stay on the Gulf!

Why deal with all the people and traffic of 30a when you can get so much more at Carrilon. This is the second time we have stayed here and honestly it’s the best house on the best beach. The house is immaculate and is steps from the beach. The beach isn’t crowded and the house comes with chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily. This is the perfect vacation home. It’s got great amenities and the kids and go as they please without concern. Kim is always available and willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay perfect. This will be our only place to stay when we go to the gulf. Don’t delay and just book this house.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home in storybook gated community; excellent beach access; fun pickle ball courts (2); cozy on-site pool (heated nicely due to the cooler weather) and access to community pools; the home was beautifully decorated and furnished and allowed our group to spend wonderful quality time together.

We have been vacationing on various beaches for too many years to count. Several years back we landed at Carillon Beach and it quickly became our favorite. This was our first year to stay in Still Waters and it was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful house that is nicely decorated and was impeccably clean on our arrival. Our host Kim called shortly after our arrival to make sure the house was acceptable and to review everything we needed to know about the property. She was very helpful.

The 4 bedroom main home is expertly decorated and has ample room to spread out with both a living room, kids play floor and additional sleeping area in the tower. The 2 bedroom guesthouse also features a separate living room, full kitchen and a picture wall of windows overlooking the beautiful private pool.
