Across the Street from the Beach with Private Pool - Luxury House. 4 King suites

Best Day Ever! is now larger and more beautiful. Please inquire before you book - this is a unique property and we want to make sure this house is appropriate for your family.

Best Day Ever consists of a main house (4 king suites/3 Bunk room), guest house, private pool (heated/cooled for additional cost), and an outdoor kitchen with both a Big Green Egg and a gas grill. The main house has a 1st floor king master suite with a private bath. This bedroom has high-end Tempur-Pedic mattresses for your added comfort. The second bedroom on the 1st floor is also a King suite and has a beautiful bathroom that is shared as the common bath on the 1st floor of the house. The second floor of the main house has two additional king suites. The 2nd Floor master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a makeup station, and a walk in closet. The 2nd floor has an additional bathroom that is shared between the 2nd King suite and the Bunk room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor of the house is a bunk room with a nautical theme. Please be aware that the top bunk is approximately 10ft above the floor and we do not believe this bunk is appropriate for a young child due to it's height - please plan accordingly. Each bedroom in the house has a smart TV that can access all the normal cable channels via Xfiniti's streaming service as well as Netflix/Hulu/and many other services. The kitchen in the main house has Viking appliances and everything you could want to make your own gourmet meals at home. The guest house includes 2 Queen suites with their own private baths. There is also a kitchen and living room. The guest house has an additional laundry setup. Best Day Ever has it's own private swimming pool that can be heated (or cooled) for an additional fee. For the summer evenings - the left drive has an outdoor kitchen with a Big Green Egg and a natural gas grill. There is lighting that makes this a great place to hang out on warm summer evenings. We provide our guest with Beach Service for 4 year-round and provide additional chairs you can take to the beach. Speaking of the beach - you are directly across the street from it and can be there is just a minute or two. This is our dream house and we hope you will love and respect it as much as we do.

This year the neighborhood of Carillon Beach will be charging guest $38 per week for each car for all rentals. The guest will be responsible for this charge and we will communicate the process to all guests after the booking process.
