Seashells Penthouse.

Brand new modern-finished 7th floor penthouse with 9sqm private outside terrace with wonderful sea views, BBQ and outside furniture.
Property is Located just 150 metres off the Bugibba promenade and is located in a block of self -catering holiday apartments.
Shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, lidos, day cruises, busses etc are all very close to the property.
This penthouse has a double bed and a single bed. The combined kitchen and dining-living room has another smaller terrace with washing machine and clothes drying facilities.
This penthouse is ideal for couples up to 3 persons.
Fast unlimited WiFi internet and IPTV are provided free of charge.

The apartment has Insect screens, air-conditioning (cooling and heating A++/A+++) and a fan for our guests complete comfort.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 100 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.
- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.
- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Superb communication with VRBO, easy check-in/checkout. Very clean, centrally located, penthouse had beautiful views! I 10/10 experience!

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea views and great hosts

Our hosts contacted us before our trip and kept us well informed. They were also helpful during our stay with good tips for activities in Malta and were quick to answer any questions we had. The flat is modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and an inviting terrace where breakfast was great fun. The beach is a two-minute walk away and there are good shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The location of the flat is really excellent. It was a great two week holiday and we are very happy to recommend the flat.

Das Objekt nachts bei Ankunft zu finden ist sehr schwer. Evtl. nicht Nr. 114 angeben sondern Nr. 84,

Als Deutscher mit nicht sehr guten Englischkenntnissen abenteuerlich - vor allem bei Ankunft nachts. Mit einer Treppe zum Objekt kann man nicht rechnen - deshalb nicht 114 sondern 84 ins Navi und Rest zu Fuss gehen. Die 'Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, aber auch gut für Internet fotografiert. Aussicht toll. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Betreuers war sehr gut.

Dear Mr Derfuss, thank you for your review and it has been a pleasure hosting you. The correct adress of the apartment is 114, triq Santa Marija, Bugibba. It is also very easily found on Google maps and is registered as Seashells holiday apartments so guests can easily find it. We often get guests staying with us and having a car hire for their stay and they never have problems to find us with the help of google maps. Number 84 is further down the street but yes of course you can drive right up to door 114. As you can see on google maps you can park the card right outside (first come, first served basis). On google street view it clearly shows that you can enter the street with the car and there is place to park free of charge on both sides of the street, so really there is no need that one stops further down the road. The problem you had on arrival was due to the fact that you were trying to find the apartment in the middle of the night by means of a paper map...this makes it hard, whereas inserting the adress in google maps will bring you right outside the door. Google maps is very good and easy to use, so we always recommend it to guests staying with us and coming with car hire as it makes life much easier :) Thank you again for staying with us and hope you will be our guests again! Overall Fantastic Experience

First let me say that dealing with Neville and Salvatore made the whole check in and out experience easy and efficient. Despite our arriving after midnight Salvatore was there to greet us and show us through the apartment. He stayed to make sure we were comfortable with the workings of the apartment and its equipment and to answer any questions we had. He made our first contact with Malta delightful. The apartment itself is very well laid out. Even though the AC worked very well, with both balcony doors open we got a pleasant breeze of the bay the kept the apt cool. Whether it was coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening I cannot say enough about the views of the Bay off the balcony. We were worried at first that Bugibba might be a little way away from everything but the whole island is an easy commute and most of the tours also have pickups in Bugibba. There are many amenities within walking distance, and the Promenade and Square, with many shops and restaurants made for a pleasant stroll in the evenings. We have given this property five stars across the board as the location was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view and Neville was great to work with, always responding quickly to and questions we had about the area. We would definatly stay at this propery again and recomend it to others

Our apartments are conceived for holiday accommodation and not adapted apartments for this purpose. Thus all apartments are:

In the best touristic areas of Malta.

Have great sea views, country views or just off the seafront.

Are close to the bus stop, and the bus stop is on the main bus routes with many busses passing frequently. Thus reaching all the corners of Malta will be easy.

Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.

Close to shops, village centre and all amenities.

Close to bars, and restaurants. Some are also walking distance to casinos and nightclubs.

Close to and easily reachable to and from the ferries and the airport. Also all apartments are close to ferries and one day cruise departure points to discover Gozo and Comino (Blue Lagoon).

We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general.
We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.

We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with fulltime and part time fishermen.

On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences.
