About this property

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with communal pool - 2 minutes from beach

This apartment is brand new with modern furniture and has a wonderful outdoor area with 2 large shared pools and deck area. Naturally well lit and airy.

The aparment has a squarish layout with spacious well equipped kitchen combined with the living room. The living room has a 43 inch smart tv and a sofa bed. Main bedroom comes with a king size bed and the spare bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathrooms are both equipped with showers, toilets and sink. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available.

Both bedrooms and living room equipped with air conditioner. Front balcony with views of the street.

The lift is served till the 5th floor while the apartment is on the 6th floor, there are approximately 27 stair steps to get to the apartment.

Bugibba centre and beach is just 2 minutes walk away. Bars, restaurants, grocers, pharmacy, car hire, scuba diving, beauty salons, hair salons and bus stop, atm, health clinic are right around the corner.

Pool can be used from the 15th of May till the 15th of October. Garden area can be used all year.

For stay of more than 14 nights electricity cost is extra. A credit of Euro 20 of electricity will be given free for bookings of more than 14 nights.

Garage hire available at level -1 at an extra costs.

Pool can be used from 15th May till 15th October between 8.00 am till 8.00pm. Our towels should never leave the apartment. Please bring plug adapter
Other guests other than the ones booked are not allowed in the apartment or pool area unless approved by the host

The swimming pool was good. But the noise from the traffic on the road near the apartment was loud and this made it hard to go asleep. The restaurants were close by.

Nice apartment with good connection to the bus system

Clean place, big kitchen, shower works fine, got a TV, short walk to several bus stops, host was very helpful and friendly when communicating.

This property is a corner apartment, very airy and naturally well lit. The pool and yard area downstairs is very beautiful to relax and have a swim ornread a lovely book. Children will also have were to play outside in the shared yard. It is very convenient since it is close to all amenities.
