Welcome to our home, Sugar Beach 311. This is a non-smoking, professionally cleaned, recently renovated and updated one bedroom condo. It is an immaculately maintained and spacious one bedroom, third floor corner unit, with front and side views of the ocean and beach where you can enjoy the Hawaiian cross-breezes and breaking waves. This unit is one of eight units in the resort that is unusually large due to the building design. The bedroom is larger and the shower is much larger than other units. Listen and view the soothing surf from your private lanai and throughout the unit. The view across the pool and ocean and overlooking the south Maui coast is phenomenal. Sunsets are simply amazing. Our unit faces south on beautiful Maalaea Bay, which is part of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. Whale season runs from November to May, with peak whale watching from January to March. Witnessing one of these mammals is simply breathtaking.
This unit is well-maintained and stocked. It is nicely remodeled with new flooring (no carpet), newly updated shower and fixtures, granite counter tops in the kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of kitchenware, including condiments and spices. There is updated furniture throughout the condo including a sleeper sofa with an 8-inch thick Cozy brand mattress, a 50 inch LG 4k TV in the living room and a 43 inch LG 4k TV in the bedroom. There are also end tables with charging ports for your electronic devices. In the extra- large bedroom, enjoy high thread-count linens on the pillow-top king size bed and be sure to keep the lanai windows open to fall asleep to the crashing waves and evening breezes. Beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler are in the condo for your enjoyment. We also provide a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Sugar Beach is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle or boogie boarding and long walks on the beach. The Resort offers central air conditioning, a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean, children's wading pool and sauna. There is a golf putting green, a well-maintained gas barbecue area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's “Sandwich” and Bar and an on-site Massage. Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice restaurant is about a five minute walk down the beach.
You can see all of Maui with Sugar Beach as your starting point. Sugar Beach is a short drive from the airport and centrally located to explore the island. It is smack dab in the middle of Maui, allowing for equal drive times to Wailea in south Maui or Lahaina in west Maui. It is the perfect location for somebody who wants to be on the water but wants to see all of Maui. Rest, relax and enjoy Sugar Beach or wake up and head off to Hana, Haleakala National Park, Lahaina, or the Nakalele Blow Hole.
