Kealia 302 offers beachfront living right on Sugar Beach! This beach is known as the best walking beach on Maui. And after a full day of sightseeing, shopping or other activities, you can fall asleep to the gentle sound of the surf. It's the best sound machine in the world!

Stunning beach and ocean views await you from every room. The condo has been remodeled, with striking wood flooring throughout, granite counters, and a tiled bath and shower. And with a washer and dryer in the unit you don't have to bring as many clothes!

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare and serve a nice meal and there's a BBQ area near the pool for grilling. You can enjoy your meals at the counter inside but why do that when you can dine on the lanai and enjoy the beach and sunsets? There's always something happening on the water!

The sparkling pool is refreshing in the Maui weather, or you can enjoy the private lawn adjacent to the water. There are usually locals from the Kihei and Maui Canoe Clubs out paddling canoes in the mornings, they keep their boats right next door to Kealia! You can take a closer look at the canoes as you walk by on the beach.

The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king bed, reading alcove and even a small desk, all with that incredible beachfront view! For those who enjoy beach walking, Sugar Beach is the best on Maui, with miles of unobstructed beach along the edge of a bird refuge.

Need we say more?

A dedicated parking space adjacent to the building's elevator is included. For those who don't want to rent a car, there's an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bakery and a local farmer's market within walking distance, as well as a bus stop for local transit.

And for golfers, the owner is a member of King Kamehameha Golf Club and can arrange for you to golf on this private course for an affordable guest fee. Just contact the owner to make arrangements.

Perfect Vacation!

We spent a full month living in paradise in this beachfront condo. The stunning view from the lanai was picture perfect! Waking to this ocean view, enjoying time on the beach or at the pool every day, seeing sunsets every evening, and finally being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves made each and every day beautiful and fulfilling! The condo itself offered everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated, with such a peaceful relaxing vibe. Couldn't have asked for anything better and we would definitely look at doing this again!

Great view

We had a great time. Condo was very well stocked with all the necessities. The grounds and pool area were all clean and beautiful.The bed was comfortable and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach was relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

Loved it

Older property but well maintained and loved the smaller size/seclusion these condos offer. Hosts were amazing and responsive to our needs. Overall we were very pleased.

Beautiful and Peaceful Anniversary

Aloha, if you are looking for peace and quiet in paradise, this is the place for you!!! The location and beach could not be better, perfect sand, perfect water, perfect sunsets = perfect stay!! The condo was exactly as described and had more than enough amenities! The hosts/owners are super easy to work with and are quick at responding to any and all questions! Cannot wait to go back and stay at this condo!! Mahalo to Denise and Tony for an amazing stay!!

Sugar Beach Stay

Denise and Tony were great hosts. Their place was cozy and felt like home for the week. Definitely recommend getting in touch with Tony and booking a round at King Kamehameha - it was gorgeous! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Maui!

A little piece of heaven

We so enjoyed our stay in Keihi! The view from the lanai was just as the picture promised for this unit - a beautiful view of the pool, beach and ocean. Beach walking and swimming were amazing. One day we would walk one way and another day the other way. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our 2 week stay. The bed was super comfortable. Easy to drive into town to for meals and buy supplies. We would definitely recommend others stay here and when/if we return we would absolutely stay here!

Amazing stay

Had an amazing time at this location. Location is super close to the airport. The place was super clean, and the beautiful sound of the ocean that you can so clearly hear is calming and relaxing. A must stay will be back for sure

Great location!!

The unit was clean and had everything you’d need in the kitchen!! It’s feet from a beautiful sand beach that goes for miles. Centrally located if you want to explore the rest of Maui!

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of towels. The bed was very soft, and the proximity to the beach was ideal.

AMAZING! We hope to come again!

Our stay was exceptional! The owners were incredibly helpful, and the place had a clean and charming Hawaiian ambiance. The beautiful view and lanai with amazing sunsets added a magical touch. The bed was comfortable, and the convenient, quiet location was a plus. The access to the King Kamehameha Golf Club, one of the most beautiful courses we've played, was a highlight. We truly enjoyed my time and hope to stay again. Highly recommended for a memorable Hawaiian getaway!

Great Beachfront Property

Nice beachfront property, beautiful view. Clean and well kept. Beach is right out the property and you can hear the waves. You can walk to some beach restaurants stores or it’s a short drive to a lot of places. We would come hear again.

Centrally Located Beach Front

This condo was perfect for our stay on Maui. It is centrally located so easy to get to all areas of the island. It has a beautiful ocean view where we spent many afternoons whale watching and viewing the sunset from the lanai. The owners are very responsive to any issues that may come up. Bonus was the fun round of golf as Tony’s guest at King Kamehameha Golf Course. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Mahalo

Perfect location!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Great sandy beach for walking! And incredible snorkeling right from your condo. The breeze that comes through the condo feels so good that we didn’t even need the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, parking spot was reserved, right next to the elevator. A great lication, centrally located on the island, easy to get anywhere from there! Id highly recommend this condo for 2!

Nice

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything about this was wonderful until we were charged $50 for a lost beach towel (which I'm certain was in the condo). I know the towel realistically cost between $10 to $20. It's kind of a disappointing way to end an otherwise perfect stay.

Great place to stay!

What a GREAT condo. Tony was amazing from the start! Condo is exactly as described and view is even better than photos! Bed is extremely comfortable! The property is clean and quiet! Amazing ocean view condo. We met so many nice people at this property! Read many books while watching the whales sitting on the lawn chairs. Enjoyed the sound of the waves at night. We grilled many steaks and pork chops and picniced at the outdoor tables. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Thank you Denise and Tony.

Perfectly relaxing

The condo is exactly as described. We enjoyed this little slice of paradise and wish we could have stayed longer. We were there for 12 nights. This is a homey quiet property in a central location. The kitchen was well equipped which we loved since we cooked many of our meals and enjoyed them on the lanai. The bed is SO comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. The property, including the pool, is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. We spent many hours lounging on the lawn and at the pool. We enjoyed many sunsets from the property or strolling down the beach. It was the perfect vacation and exactly what we needed.

Perfect last minute booking 🤩 !

Review Last minute booking/ trip to Maui! Stayed for 7 days in unit 302 in Aug 2022- Great location !!! This place is close to everything and has everything you need ( beach towels/ beach chairs, etc) and .. it is air conditioned! well- appointed, could not have asked for a better view of the ocean and the sunset! Condo is 25 feet from a nice sandy beach- great for walking, running, launching your SPU, snorkeling or just to chill and relax! 5-10 min to Kihei, 20 min to Lahaina, 15 min to Kahilui. I enjoyed getting fresh produce and organic smoothies (must try!) from the farmers market 5 min walk from the condo. The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with; the place is awesome -as described- Will be back !

Home away from home

We had a fantastic time in a fairly secluded part of Kihei. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the condo was the perfect size for two. Full kitchen, washer/dryer FTW and had a tv in the room as well as living room. There was always a breeze during the day and AC if you really need it. Car noise was a little much sometimes but the ocean usually drowned it out. View was spectacular, saw a whale on the patio. Has a nice pool and lawn chairs for the grass, and right on the beach. Saw canoes, lots of families and friendly people. Walk down the beach to an AbC store and snow cone and food store. Never had to leave. But very central for any part of the island. Has a great parking spot. 15-30 minutes from anywhere you want to go on the island. We miss being there and can’t wait to book again. Felt like home when we were there. Thank you again :)

Missing the Sound of the Waves

Nice little place. I don't generally give 5 stars unless the place is outstanding. I would say this was a solid 4.5 stars but then I met the host on the last day and his jovial spirit pushed it to 5😎. In this price range we're not looking at the Taj Mahal, the place is a few years older and shows it's age in a few little spots, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Definitely well kept up and appointed. It is exactly as described, the photos are accurate, you are literally about 50 feet from the beach, which is amazing. This is the last, northern most building on the beach which puts you about 5 minutes drive from the main area of Kihei. Sugar Beach is beautiful and walkable for miles from here. Shaved Ice, the farmers market and ABC convenience store are in walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and the host was available and responsive to anything that came up. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay in beautiful Maui!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Denise & Tony's condo! The building itself is older (as most of the condos in Kehei are) but everything worked well and the unit was nice and clean and well appointed. The location is a little further north outside of Kehei than we realized when booking, but we actually grew to love this as it was perfectly centrally located which was incredibly convenient for day trips. There was a little bit of traffic noise but we didn't really notice it especially with the fan running or when we had the screens open listening to the crashing of the waves. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent a lot of time out there just relaxing, sipping a beverage and playing Yahtzee. It was also great being only steps from the beach (which wasn't too busy). We loved playing in the waves and had numerous turtles popping up around us while swimming! The pool is on the smaller side but was quiet and sunny. We had everything we needed, just wish we'd noticed the beach chairs under the bed that we found on our last day! The bed was comfy - would have maybe liked a firmer pillow option, but that's a super minor item! All in all, great stay. Thanks again for being excellent hosts!
