Very convenient neighborhood with easy access to transportation, groceries. Very calm and clean neighborhood. Cozy appartement! Nice host!

Great neighborhood and comfortable apartment

We travel full time, so you can say we stay in a lot of different apartments. This apartment felt like a home. So many details that made it comfortable and cozy. Great location with markets and restaurants nearby. Buses close, but we usually took a car with Bolt into the city. We stayed a whole month here and really loved our stay. Thank you Teresa for a lovely apartment and being responsive to our needs.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment with secured parking lot. Exactly as described. 30 minutes+ walk to main tourist areas of Porto. Very comfortable, large rooms. Everything was great except that apartment wasn't ready due to a VRBO software calender issue the owner had, (unaware we were arriving that day), but she quickly got it ready for us while we ate dinner.

Très bon sejour

L'appartement de Teresa est spacieux, propre et très pratique avec le bus et le métro juste à côté. L'immeuble est très calme et très bien situé. Je recommande fortement.

Appartement spacieux et bien placé

L'appartement est très bien placé lorsqu'on arrive de l'aéroport, le métro est tout proche et il y a des commerces et restaurants juste à côté. Il est très spacieux pour 4 personnes, l'immeuble est calme, nous n'avons rien entendu des voisins. Les 2 chambres sont très grandes et les lits très confortables et tous les équipements fonctionnent. En fait nous avons juste 2 petites remarques : - c'est dommage que les toilettes ne soient pas séparées de la salle de bains (mais on s'y fait très vite) - il faudrait un tout petit peu plus de couverts dans la cuisine, quand on est 4personnes ce serait plus confortable d'avoir 6 ou 8 petites cuillères ou fourchettes par exemple... Nous avons bien apprécié ce séjour chez Teresa, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu nous rencontrer car notre vol prévu dimanche après-midi a été décalé et nous sommes arrivés lundi midi. Teresa nous a indiqué comment récupérer les clés, aucun problème de ce point de vue là. Merci. Philippe NOËL.

Logement idéalement placé, métro à 5min à pieds. Appart très propre, bien équipé, Teresa est très dispo, très arrangeante et parle francais, ce qui est très appréciable, en un seul mot ... PARFAIT, super séjour à Porto qui est une ville très sympa où l'on se sent bien, les portugais sont très accueillants et chaleureux

Superbe appartement, proche des transports en commun et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé. L'hôte est disponible et à l'écoute. Parfait pour 2 couples.

El apartamento está bien ubicado. Tiene cerca supermercados y el metro. Estaba limpio, decorado con gusto, pero es bastante viejo. Tuvimos un problema con la puerta del baño. Nos lo solucionaron rápido.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en mai à 3 personnes dans l'appartement. Teresa a été arrangeante et nous a très bien accueilli avec des petits gâteaux et une carte de Porto pour nous indiquer les lieux à visiter. L'appartement est bien situé (25 min de l'aéroport , 20 € de taxi) avec une superette juste en face; le métro Casa de Musica est à 4 min. Au rond point à côté (Rotonde Boavista) : il y a le marché Bom Sucesso et un bus direct pour la plage (20 min). L'appartement est bien lumineux, propre, bonne literie et heureusement avec double-double vitrage pour être au calme.

Very comfortable and pleasant

The appartement is really nice and comfortable and has everything you need. Teresa was very kind and helpful with all the questions we had and information we needed. She put even some extra effort because we forgot sth in the appartement. Definitely recommended!

Convenient location for sightseeing

We enjoyed the apartment. It was very convenient so we could get to an early morning appointment nearby. Quiet and clean. Close to a pizzeria and a few blocks from the Negra Cafe.

petit problème d'indication de l'appartement en France le n° de l'immeuble vient avant le nom de la rue l'appartement porte le n° 54 au 5ème étage de l'immeuble 504 rue du 5 outubro face à la station de bus moreira de SA de la ligne 601 venant directement de l'aéroport. ça fait beaucoup de 5 à digérer pour des vieux qui voyagent. La propriétaire et sa maman très sympathiques

Cute apartment conveniently located

We spent 3 nights at this perfect apartment in Porto. Teresa welcomed us to the apartment and offered great ideas of places and neighborhoods to visit in Porto. She left us maps and information in the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We had a car rental and the unit came with a parking spot which was a must for us. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and in a good location. It was a short walk to the metro, and only 50 meters to a small supermarket. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting Porto.

A nice stay but could have been better

We were very warmly met by Teresa and her husband outside the apartments. They swiftly took us to their 5th floor apartment. They showed us around the apartment which found to be very spacious with a mix of modern and old furniture. They spent sometime showing us how things worked and explaining where we were in relation to the rest of the city. They explained how the metro worked and had tickets ready for us to top up at the station. We found the apartment spacious, bright and remarkably quiet. We never heard another neighbour whilst we were there. However whilst the kitchen and bathroom are servicable both need updating. To us not having a flush button on the toilet and having to push the plunger in the cistern is not acceptable and could so easily and inexpensively be repaired. I did use the drying rack in the utility room but unfortunately this left rust marks on my husband white shorts which will not come out. We didn't know the city but we found the location good if you are not staying in the old town. There are resturants and a mini market just a few minutes away. The Casa de Musica, huge very modern building which holds the city's orchestra is 5 minutes walk away. It has a good cafe were we had breakfast most mornings and the odd drink in the evening. A few minutes walk from here is the metro station which takes you the the old town in 3 stops.

Un buen sitio para alojarse.

Viajamos a Oporto desde España en nuestro propio vehículo, y la primera cosa buena que nos encontramos es que el apartamento tiene parking privado propio y así nos ahorramos el problema de aparcar el coche en la calle. El apartamento está muy bien. Completísimo. Nosotros viajamos mucho y con niños y nos encontramos mas a gusto en apartamentos que en hoteles porque te sientes como en casa. Valoramos mucho que el apartamento sea tranquilo y espacioso, y este en concreto contaba con un amplio salón de estar. Muy bien iluminado. El resto de la casa, tanto el baño como las habitaciones también eran amplios, y como he dicho antes, no faltaba de nada. Oporto no es una ciudad especialmente grande, podríamos decir que el apartamento está bastante cerca del centro, en unos minutos llegábamos y volvíamos andando. El barrio está muy bien comunicado y es tranquilo. Eso si, para ir a sitios como el campo de fútbol es recomendable tomar el metro. La parada de metro de la Casa de Música está a pocos minutos. Para ir a la playa, por ejemplo, nosotros nos acercamos en nuestro vehículo particular, ya que esa zona cuenta con amplias zonas de aparcamiento. En Oporto no hay ningún problema para aparcar, algo que no suele ocurrir en playas españolas. La comunicación con Teresa, la anfitriona del apartamento, ha sido muy buena, para cualquier duda, tanto sobre el apartamento o sobre la ciudad, había comunicación instantánea. Nos hizo una serie de recomendaciones muy interesantes al llegar. Todo el trato ha estado muy bien y muy profesional. Les doy un diez!
