Modern, with 2 elevators that allow access from the garage to the apartment, it is located on the third floor and is furnished in a modern and contemporary style.

• Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the other with a balcony, two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk.

• Bathrooms
The apartment has two full bathrooms.

• Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, table, a comfortable sofa, and abundant sunlight.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetop, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

• Parking
Underground parking space, easy to park, and remote-controlled opening.

- Self-Catered Apartment. All basic items are provided for your stay, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or substitutions are provided. All remaining items must be purchased by the guest.

- Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. For stays longer than one week, additional sets will be provided.

- For stays longer than one week, cleaning and linen changes will be provided (usually mid-stay) and are arranged directly with the guest.

- Crib and high chair are available upon request (additional cost of €25).

- Check-in time is from 3 PM to 9 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 9 PM) and check-out must be done by 11 AM.

- On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To organize your arrival, please inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible. If you are arriving by plane and provide us with your flight number, we can assist with your arrival.

- A set of keys will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the key set may incur additional costs.

- The apartment has central heating and free on-site parking.
