Equipped Kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with a double sink furniture, hair dryer and a set of 3 towels for each guest.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with all services and amenities just around the corner (Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy…).
In this urban district parking is free (white lines) and bus stops are nearby.

Just few steps from the appartment you'll cross the main street and you’ll be few steps frome the beach and the PASEO MARITIMO (Beach walk) with all its restaurants, bars and shops, where you can enjoy of a very nice walk till PUERTO BANUS (7Km away). The OLD TOWN and the ALAMEDA PARK are located just 500m from the apartment.
