Con vistas al mar, este ático impresiona a los huéspedes con sus fantásticas vistas. La propiedad de 111 m² consta de un salón con sofá cama para una persona, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, dos dormitorios y dos baños en suite, con capacidad para hasta cuatro personas. La vivienda dispone de Wi-Fi de alta velocidad (apto para videollamadas), aire acondicionado central, calefacción, lavadora, TV satélite y reproductor de DVD. Bajo petición, se puede añadir un futón portátil y una cama individual portátil en el garaje para niños.



El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio 2 cuenta con dos camas individuales. El salón dispone de sofá cama para una persona. El punto fuerte de este alojamiento es su zona exterior privada con mobiliario de jardín, cuatro terrazas privadas abiertas con barbacoa (una principal) y un balcón. También tendréis acceso a una zona exterior compartida con piscina vallada abierta todo el año; el socorrista está presente solo en verano.



Hay aparcamiento gratuito en la propiedad. No se admiten mascotas. El check-in tardío está disponible por un coste adicional. No se permiten eventos ni huéspedes menores de 25 años. Marbella city and the large Mall we visited by car. We are already looking forward to our next holiday at this place. Only a 20-30 minute walk to a good range of local restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and maintained, we had everything we needed. Effective heating for chilly evenings. Spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults. Good communication with the owner.

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at the apartment. It is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants and overlooks Santa Maria Golf Club. Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. Secure site with underground parking. Nice neighbourhood, clean, well maintained and peaceful. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Pros: This was the seventeenth visit to this apartment, and as always it was perfect even now with the new kitchen it was even better. As always it was super clean with everything you need. It has a large terrace overlooking the golf club and the Med with lovely plants to make it feel homely. The pool is only a stones throw away which has been refurbished and a toddlers pool as well in a very safe area with sunbeds and shade. We have already booked for Autumn. I cannot recommend this apartment higher.

Pros: First of all we had a goog contact with Talat, the owner. During period of corona we had contact (Whatsapp). Talat was very kind and understanding. Luckily we could still go on our trip. We arrived at the penthouse, were Sonia (a very kind lady) gives us the keys and showed us the place were we would stay for 14 days. The view from the terrace is amazing!! The penthouse is equipped with all the necessary equipment, included a new kitchen. We enjoyed our stay: relaxing at the pool; trips to Puerto Banus and Old Town Marbella, shopping in Malaga,... We definitely recommend this stay!

Pros: We have rented this apartment for the second time for 3 weeks and felt again at home. The apartment is decorated with taste and style and is equipped with all amenities you have at your home. The communication with the owner and Sonja, his representative on the spot, was easy and fast. Also the handover of the keys was very smooth Any room for improvement? Might be a new vacuum cleaner would be an investment worth considering because it would definitely help to maintain it clean and tidy (the existing one does not work properly).

Pros: We have stayed at Mr Maliks apartment about fourteen times. We try to stay at least twice a year, and we will be returning late September. It is a wonderful apartment situated high above the golf course and has wonderful views over Elviria and the Med, you can see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco on a clear day. The apartment is in close proximity to many fine resorts and close to wonderful beaches of Elviria, safe for children to play. We frequently drive to Gibraltar which is about an hour away. The apartment is fully equipped with a super fitted kitchen and the swimming pool is just a stones throw away with a paddling pool for small children. There is a television , CD player, DVD player and plenty of music and films to play and see. Although there are plenty of good restaurants close by we chose to cook at the apartment and enjoy eating on the terrace, overlooking the view, especially the sunset with some nice music playing. The apartment is just a wonderful place to be with all your needs for a really nice holiday.

Una estancia perfecta

Pros: La casa está muy bien decorada y limpia, tiene unas piscinas muy agradables, aire acondicionado, una terraza con unas vistas muy bonitas y mucha tranquilidad. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.
