Hamptons FarmhouseのDairy Cottageは、Plaxtol村とWest Peckham村の間にある美しい田園地帯にあり、英国庭園のケントにあるSevenoaksとTonbridgeの近くにあります。 9エーカーの土地にある驚くほど静かで穏やかな景色は、なだらかな田園地帯にありますが、劇場、観光スポット、ショッピング、文化活動のあるロンドン中心部からは32マイルです。

The place and outdoor were amazing. You need a car to access the location but otherwise so peaceful

Great vacation location

Our stay with Katie and Andy was absolutely amazing. The farmhouse is beautiful and the surrounding gardens are huge. It was a great playground for our two years old. The cottage was great, big enough for a family, well equipped and charming. In short, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying with Katie and Andy

Holiday home with gorgeous surroundings

Katie and Andy were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are gorgeous (big garden, pond, places to sit and relax). Ideal for families. Our granddaughter enjoyed the playground, the playhouse and that there is plenty of room to run about.

Beautiful Cottage & Fantastic Hosts

We loved our stay at the Dairy Cottage over the Christmas holidays, and would definitely return. The cottage was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, and the hosts Andy and Katie were very helpful with all our questions and needs. Little touches like a welcome bottle of red wine and a small supply of groceries go a long way!! We highly recommend the Dairy Cottage!

Friendly place to stay

Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !

Fabulous for Adults and Children

Dairy Cottage is a rural haven, yet so close to London for day trips - but our two girls just wanted to stay on the lovely Hamptons Farmhouse grounds. They like the tennis court now but a few years ago it would have been the trampoline and zip wire. With the open barn and the gazebo (which overlooks the tennis court and other play facilities) the grown-ups have plenty of places to relax. Highly recommended. We will be stay here again.

Superb Child Friendly Holiday Accommodation

Dairy Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is very peaceful . Perfect if you are a National Trust Member as there are so many places to visit nearby. The cottage itself was beautiful and the added little touches on arrival of flowers, fruit, coffee etc. were very much appreciated. Dairy Cottage has amazing facilities for children - the outdoor play area is near and safe for the children to explore but is not intrusive for guests staying without children. Our grandson adored the chickens and ducks that were merrily wandering the area as well as the ponies in the top field. All in all it was a perfect holiday stay. The owners of the property were very helpful and friendly. We shall be returning for a future stay.

Beautiful and cosy country stay.

A great place to be immersed in the gorgeous Kent countryside. We stayed at Dairy Cottage, which stayed true to it’s listing on the site. The children particularly enjoyed sleeping in their ‘attic’ space. The property is well stocked with cooking equipment and is hearted nicely for those colder evenings. The best bit for us was exploring the extensive grounds (lots to do for the kids) and enjoying walking directly from the cottage, along public footpaths, to nearby pubs. Andy was very friendly and gave us a guided tour of the grounds on arrival and answered any questions we had promptly. Also, the info booklet on sight is very thorough, with all you need to know about the property and the surrounding area. We had a fantastic stay - Thanks Andy and Katie.

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Dairy Cottage und wie beim ersten Mal war alles für uns perfekt. Das Cottage liegt ruhig in ländlicher Gegend, umgeben von viel Natur. Neben den Hühnern und Schafen der sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, konnten wir vor allem morgens Eichhörnchen, Fasane und viele Vögel vor unserem Fenster beobachten. In der Nähe des Cottages warten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf einen Besuch (einige davon unter der Verwaltung des National Trust; sehr empfehlenswert!). Die meisten findet man in der umfangreichen Infomappe von Katie und Andy ( neben vielen weiteren Tipps und Empfehlungen).Das Cottage selbst ist sehr sauber umd mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sofort (fast) wie zu Hause gefühlt.Wir empfehlen das Cottage und Katie und Andy zu 100%.

This was our second stay at Dairy Cottage, and just like the first time, everything was perfect for us. The cottage is in a quiet rural area, surrounded by nature. In addition to the chickens and sheep belonging to our very friendly hosts, we were able to watch squirrels, pheasants, and lots of birds outside our window, especially in the morning. There are many attractions to visit near the cottage (some of which are managed by the National Trust; highly recommended!). Most of them can be found in Katie and Andy's comprehensive information folder (along with many other tips and recommendations). The cottage itself is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We immediately felt (almost) at home. We recommend the cottage and Katie and Andy 100%. Wir waren als Familie 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene dort. Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Gelände war sehr gepflegt und auf Kinder ausgelegt. Es war für jede Altersgruppe was dabei. Man war innerhalb von 10-15 min in Tonbridge und hatte da mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pubs. Man hatte auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.

Inchecken ging prima, fijne cottage. Compleet ingericht en een leuk welkomspakket. Mooi terrein voor de kinderen om te spelen met zelfs een tennisbaan! Vriendelijke mensen waar wij verbleven, veel informatie over de omgeving, wasmachine aanwezig. Prima uitvalsbasis om Londen te verkennen.Matras van 2 persoonsbed vonden wij iets minder. En 10 uur uitchecken vonden wij erg vroeg.

Typical beautiful english countryside

Perfecte accommodatie

Fantastische cottage, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging is uitstekend, prachtige omgeving, niet ver van Tonbridge waardoor London binnen circa 40 minuten te bereiken is. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren...!

Fantastic cottage, cosy furnishings and fully equipped. Location is excellent, beautiful surroundings, not far from Tonbridge making London reachable within around 40 minutes. Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Kent

Das Cottage ist hervorragend dazu geeignet, einen erholsamen Urlaub in Kent zu verbringen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen (auch London ist nicht weit). An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Ein riesiges Gelände mit Feuerstellen, Spielgeräten und Teichen kann von den Gästen mitgenutzt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und geben bei allen Fragen gerne Auskunft. Vielen Dank Andy und Katie für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Eurem Cottage.

Vielen Dank für Ihre nachdenkliche Bewertung, Sie sind sehr willkommene Gäste und wir hoffen, Sie ein weiteres Jahr wiederzusehen. The cottage is ideal for spending a relaxing vacation in Kent. Many sights are very easy to reach (London is not far). Nothing is missing from the equipment. A huge area with fireplaces, play equipment and ponds can be used by the guests. The landlords are very hospitable and helpful and are happy to provide information on all questions. Thank you Andy and Katie for a perfect stay in your cottage. Thank you for your thoughtful review, you are very welcome guests and we hope to see you again another year.

Perfekter Ort für Familienurlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in England und haben die Zeit auf der Hamptons Farm sehr genossen. Man kann an diesem zauberhaften Ort die Ruhe genießen, während die Kinder die Farm mit den unzähligen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen (Klettern, Schaukeln, Fußball, Basketball, Tennis u.v.m.) erkunden. Die Hamptons Farm ist optimal gelegen um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen und einen Großteil von Südengland zu erkunden. Auch London ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit bequem mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt ausgestattet. Wir können diesen wundervollen Ort und die sehr netten Vermieter nur empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit ein weiteres Mal zu Besuch.

A well converted very comfortable and cozy cottage on a wonderful estate in the heart of the Kent woods. Quiet and peaceful and child friendly. We had a delightful stay.

We know what kids and parents like. The beautiful grounds are filled with activities and things to do and explore, or places to rest and relax. With 9 acres of land we can spread out. Tree house in the woods. Gypsy caravan with a camp fire. Trampoline and zip-wire. Sand pit, slides and swings (we have 13 at the last count). Animals to pet. Croquet lawn. BBQ. Table tennis. Ponds with boats. To answer the question: why this property: the answer is because it has everything you need to enjoy being here. WiFi is superfast Fibre with 20-200MBps

Dairy Cottage, Little Apple Barn, Stable Cottage and Willow Cottage at Hamptons Farmhouse are the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life but it is an easy journey to London and only 35 mins from Sevenoaks to Charring Cross by train. From there the London Eye, Theatre land, Covent Garden, Leicester Sq and West End and other tourist attractions are in easy striking distance.

You really don’t have to leave our site but Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks are 15 mins drive away, with Tonbridge closer still, and each have shopping, swimming pools and an abundance of restaurants.

Larkfield swimming leisure centre has wave machines water cannons water slides, whirlpool with plug plunge and a 25m pool for swimmers as well as animal themed toddler pools is 9 miles away.

Hop Farm Family Park, with Giant Jumping Pillows, Magic Castle, Funfair rides, Animal Village, Indoor Soft Play, Outdoor adventure play area and ‘4D’ cinema is just 7 miles away.

Kent Life is a 28 acre, premier heritage farm attraction that encompasses a wonderful farmyard with a family of friendly animals ranging from donkeys, horses and ferrets to piglets, goats and lambs, many of whom are reared on site. 13 miles.

Bewl Water is a fabulous outdoor centre and lake with aqua orb hydro balls, kids fishing , model boats, mini golf, cycling, sailing, regattas, dragon boat races, food and craft festivals and much more throughout the year.17 miles

Kent has 42 beaches of its own but the closest ones to Hamptons Farmhouse are in East Sussex at Hastings, Pevensey, Camber Sands, Bexhill and Eastbourne which are about an hour or so away depending on where you end up.36 miles

For those who like shopping there is Bluewater, one of the largest shopping arenas in Europe with over 330 stores and restaurants plus three leisure villages

Golfers have a huge local choice with 6 courses within 3 to 9 miles including Knowl Park and Kings Hill

We are just 1 hour away from the Channel Tunnel
