The Villa is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in one of the most impressive villages in Gozo: Xaghra. You can either fill your holiday with things to see and do, or relax by the pool witnessing impressive sunrises and sunsets.

Free public parking is available close to the property; bus stops are a few paces away. The whole island is reachable by bus.


Eco-awareness

As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present On average, and depending on the villa size, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the Winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of .30c per unit will be incurred. Environmentally cautious usage does not exceed the free units.
The use of air-conditioning is charged extra as per rates indicated.

Pets allowed: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2. Two small dogs permitted. Please clean up after them. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds. Please don't leave your pets unattended.
