The villa and the pool were incredible. The villa was so much bigger than we expected and was lovely to have our own little spaces. The only downside was the traffic noise in the early morning. Other than that our stay was amazing and we'd defintely come back!

Brilliant way to celebrate our 30th wedding

We have visited Malta and Gozo on many occasions over the years but this was a special holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and the property did not disappoint. The information provided beforehand was perfect, the hosts welcoming and accommodating and any issue we had was resolved swiftly by their maintenance team. I would recommend this venue and Baron to anyone and will definitely be using them again

Ein schönes Haus, im ruhig gelegenen Örtchen Kercem

Das Haus war sauber, die Geräte (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler) taten ihren Dienst. Der Pool war sauber, die Sonnenliegen in gutem Zustand (nirgends durchgelegen). Lediglich die Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren etwas durchgesessen. Die Sitzgruppe im Garten und im Essbereich waren absolut neuwertig. Wir haben direkt zum Einzug alle nötigen Kontaktnummern bekommen. Als eine Toilettenspülung Probleme machte, war noch am selben Tag ein Handwerker da und tauschte kurzerhand die Spülung aus. Eine Gehminute vom Haus entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle und eine gute "Dorfkneipe" - eine nette kleine Bar, in der sich die Einheimischen über Besucher freuen und gern einen guten Hauswein oder andere Drinks ausschenken. Außerdem hatten wir direkt über die Vermieter Transfer vom und zum Flughafen und einen Mietwagen, der direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt war buchen können. Alle Services liefern ihrerseits absolut unkompliziert, unter anderem auch einfach, weil auf Malta und Gozo jeder Englisch kann. Absolute weiterempfehlung!

Großes, frisch renoviertes und helles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf Gozo. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Wir waren zu 9 und hatten Autos gemietet, sodass es uns nichts ausgemacht hat, dass das Haus nicht nah am Strand liegt. Das Haus ist sehr hell & groß und wurde wohl vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Mit Ausnahme von ein paar kleinen Mängeln, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen: Die Toilettenspülung im obersten Stockwerk funktionierte nur bei jedem 10. Versuch und die Düsen der Spülmaschine waren so verdreckt & verstopft, dass diese beim ersten Versuch unser Geschirr nicht sauber bekam. Das Problem konnten wir aber selber beheben. Auch den Poolfilter mussten wir erst einmal selber reinigen. Alles in allem waren diese kleinen Mankos aber zu ertragen. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass nach der Hälfte des Aufenthalts eine Putzfrau kam, die die Bäder gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht hat. Den Grill auf dem Bild gab es leider nicht, es gibt aber eine Grillstelle, sodass wir mehrere Grillabende veranstalten konnten.

Fantastic Villa in a lovely location

This is a beautifully finished villa with a lovely pool. The accommodation was to a good standard with AC in all the bedrooms (essential in Aug/Sep). We loved the pool (also a 'must have' in Aug/Sep!) which we found plenty big enough for 7 adults and two children to enjoy at the same time. It starts from 1.2m and goes rather quickly to 2.2m so some caution needed for non swimmers but the bubble pool with table is great to sit and enjoy together. The property was clean and well stocked with a mid week clean and towel change too! It is much larger inside than the photos show and the nine of us had room to be all together or be apart for a bit of peace. Santa Lujya is a lovely quiet village and Gozo is much quieter than Malta but the ferries running every 45mins makes getting to attractions on Malta a breeze. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and would also commend the great service from Barron Holidays.

Fantastic villa , it had everything we wanted . Lovely position and view.

We had a brilliant holiday in a beautiful villa . Well appointed kitchen , very clean and modern. We made good use of the pool and jacuzzi. All beautiful decorated through out. The village is very quiet but the locals are friendly and chatty.lovely bar ran by the church which was so cheap right opposite villa .We were made very welcome each evening . Would definitely return . Loved it . Thank you .

Fantastic!

Huge town house with a well maintained private pool. The house is very well decorated and has everything you need. It was clean and well-maintained and located in a nice neighborhood with enough parking places around the house. Grace was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. We highly recommend this house and will definitely book a house from the Baron Group again when travelling to Gozo.

Very nice place to stay in Gozzo.

We were 10 persons in this fabulous place. Rooms are very big. Every thing is nice, and Grace and Donald are very helpful. The villa is at 3 minutes of car from the center of victoria, where we can find all we need. we were here to dive in gozzo (nice place to dive!). With Atalantis diving center (great center!). We try some restaurants (at inland sea, very good, stanza.. good too) Of course i can recommand this place (the property), and Gozzo. I hope to come back again, and if it happens i will call Grace and Donald again. Thank you

Amazing Town House

Property was really clean and well maintained. The welcome and property tour from Grace was great, and the excursions that were provided. All round really impressed with both property and company. Not much else to say would definitely recommend the property.

Farmhouse in Kercem - Property 383

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this farmhouse. The property was spacious, had good facilities, well maintained and clean. The owner provided excellent customer service, and on the few occasions we needed to contact him, he was propmpt and very obliging, nothing was too much trouble. It was very handy to have a little shop across the road especially when we ran out of milk and bread. There are also several supermarkets fairly closeby. By car, it is also very easy to reach the attractions that Gozo has to offer from this property. The only disappointing aspect, was that the description regarding the location of the property stated that it was situated 1 km away from Victoria. We considered the farmhouse to be further than 1 km, and therefore too far to walk to the restaurants and bars. Unfortunately we had to travel by car or bus. I would have no hesitation in recommending this farmhouse to anyone and hope to return one day.
