Relax on the beach! Recently constructed 2,200 square foot, 3 bdrm home on a private sandy beach facing Long Island Sound with a view of Charles Island! Silver Sands State Park 30 yards away! Walk the beach, kayak, bike, run. Big deck! Restaurant within walking distance & plenty more a short drive away. Park up to 4 vehicles below the house. This is a newly constructed, stylish beach house with loads of windows! Views, location and ambiance. Good for couples, adventurers, families (with kids).

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Please hang wet towels up to dry. Do not wash any of the sheets or towels - we will take care of that. Also, helpful if you do not make the beds you've used. Easier for our cleaners this way.
Sign out of any streaming services on the Smart TVs. Bring cushions in from outside seating.
Dishes and cookware should be left clean and dry. If you have to use anything right before checking out, please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing experience

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to have a perfect stay. There were special touches from a welcome basket to waters at every bedside that made our stay even more special. We are grateful to Victor and Kim for a wonderful experience!

A Truly Relaxing Holiday Stay

The property was lovely, with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and service pieces needed to host a holiday dinner party. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions and lovely to work with. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Graduation Getaway

This was the perfect graduation getaway for my family. We have rented via VRBO before and this is among the top stays we have ever had! From the property, to its location and amenities, to the kindness and communication with the property owners, it was all fantastic!! The house is exquisite and there’s nothing that it doesn’t have. Its prime location and the views from the house, the deck, and the master bedroom are breathtaking. The property owners were incredibly helpful with advice about the area and even left a special gift celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. The house, its location, and amenities made the graduation celebration even more special and memorable!!

Perfect home away from home

This is the second time we stayed at this house over the holiday season to be near extended family. Not only is the location on the water perfection, but the house is comfortable and abundantly stocked for those who like to cook and need to entertain for a small family visit. Victor and Kim are very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to someday enjoying the beach house in a warmer weather month.

Great Graduation weekend!

Thanks so much Victor and Kim. My family rented your awesome beach house for a weekend celebration of my daughter's college graduation from nearby Sacred Heart University. Your property was absolutely perfect. Incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully located. A welcome bottle of wine and champagne was a great touch! We hosted the grandparents with a catered clambake and the beach house had everything we needed. If we didn't already live in a beach town (Mystic, CT) we would rent this place every chance we got! Thanks again and we recommend your house without reservation!

Don't hesitate. Book this one now.

Although the pictures are beautiful, they still just don't do the house justice. This house is perfect in every way. It is new, modern, clean / spotless, well-appointed and sits right atop the water with the peaceful sounds of waves through the screen door and lovely views of Charles Island and pink sunsets. If you feel like leaving the house (which you don't need to :), there is great walking on the beach, a nearby park and when the tide is out you can walk right on the sandbar directly to Charles Island. The area is quiet but also close enough to everything. The house is a lot bigger in-person than the pictures and there is honestly not one thing I can think of to improve it. And to top it off the owners are incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Victor and Kim! We had a great stay!

Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.

Family Celebration

We rented the house as our family was in town for our daughter's college graduation and wanted us to all stay together to enjoy our weekend. The house was spectacular and the hosts thought of every possible detail to make it a great experience. From the thoughtful bottle of wine and prosecco as a welcome gift to waters by the bedside and toiletries in the bathroom, we were provided with a 5+ experience. The views from the house were stunning and we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. It was the perfect venue for a special weekend. We would highly recommend.

Ladies annual beach week

5 of us “mature” women have been taking a beach vacation every September for 13 years at the CT shore. Victor and Kim’s house is the nicest house we have stayed in! It is a beautiful house, decorated with thought and attention to detail. The kitchen lacks nothing. The beach is very easy to walk and the view is delightful. I will also add that Victor was very prompt in answering any question we had. It was a pleasure to spend a week here and we will return!
