Remodelada con buen gusto, esta villa totalmente amueblada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, Florida, se abre a su propia piscina con un amplio lanai con mosquitero, completamente equipado para comer al aire libre, una parrilla Weber y una maravillosa vista del campo de golf Flamingo.
La casa duerme cómodamente hasta seis personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un amplio baño en suite con bañera separada y cabina de ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen, el tercero tiene 2 camas individuales y comparte un baño completo con ducha / bañera.
La espaciosa cocina abierta cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Está totalmente equipado para su placer de cocinar y tiene barra / taburetes de desayuno, así como una mesa de comedor independiente con capacidad para seis.
La gran sala tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande con reproductor de DVD, y la casa ofrece acceso wi-fi. TV también se proporciona en el Master y los dos dormitorios de invitados adicionales. Hay un amplio aparcamiento con un garaje para 2 coches. Los senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta en Eagle Creek Park están a solo minutos de distancia para que te sientas cómodo.

Esta casa de vacaciones privada está situada en la comunidad de Falcons Glen del galardonado Lely Golf Resort. Está cerca de todo lo que el área de Naples / Marco Island tiene para ofrecer. Beautiful home in Falcons Glen

This home is a perfect place for a family stay. Beautifully furnished, and has everything you need from kitchen wares to pool toys to linens. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Amy (host) was very responsive to any communication.

love Lely!

We had the pleasure of staying at Amy and Johns house in Lely Resort. We were glad to be back and Staying at Falcons Glen. Amy thought of every thing when it comes to VRBO. Our highlights of the day were morning walks, swimming in the pool, watching the golfers and the close proximity to Marco Island. We had family joins us and they thought its was a wonderful property! I loved the fully equipped kitchen it was a pleasure to cook in especially after an outing to the Marco Island farmers market and Kirks Fish. We are looking forward to another visit in the future! Excellent stay!

This was our very first time booking through VRBO and Amy made it such an easy and enjoyable experience! The pictures online do not do this home justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and the owners have everything you could possibly need while staying there. The house was well stocked with extras such as bath towels, beach towels, pool toys, and many other things. We were blown away how nice it was. We have an 8 year old daughter and she just loved having our own private pool. We all really enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave! Our family cannot wait to rent this beautiful property again in the future! Thanks for making this such a wonderful first time experience for us! Tim, Jessie, Lucy, & Grandpa Ron

Perfect house

This house is beautiful in the photos but so much more in person. House was very very clean. Decorating is current and beautiful. Pool is wonderful with full sun almost all day. Don’t think you would ever be disappointed with this house. Close to stores and restaurants.

Out stay in Naples was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful! It had everything you need for you vacation! Definitely a home away from home! Close to everything Southwest florida has to offer! Marco Island and Naples beaches, 5th Ave South, Tin City -and Isle of Capri. This was definitely our favorite vacation, Thank you Amy and John for sharing your beautiful home with us! 🌴☀️

Wonderful Property!

We have been renting homes in the Naples/Marco Island areas for over 10 years. This was the best stocked house we have stayed in. We have friends in the area so we like to entertain. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the house is perfect for having friends visit. Loved not having to worry about keys to the house, the keyless entry was so easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. The tv’s worked great with many channels to choose from including the sports channels, which is especially nice during March Madness. There were only two things I was disappointed in. The listing said “heated pool” however, the owner contacted me shortly before our arrival asking if we wanted the pool heated for $10/day. I chose not to heat it as I hadn’t planned on this extra expense. It has been my experience that listings show this as a separate expense if it is not included. The other disappointment was not being able to rent this property for next year. The house was great and the location perfect for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have been coming to Naples for over 20 years so I can speak from experience House was very clean well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Nest lock and thermostat were nice no dealing with keys. Only thing needed were more beach chairs only 2 for home that sleeps 6 is a little light. We bought 2 more and left them there. Definitely would recommend and not hesitate to stay there again. thank you for a great experience.

Great vacation

Perfect location for us! Close for all the beaches, although the beach we loved the most was in the Delnor-Wiggins state park and it was furthest to drive to, but we did not mind. Beautiful property! Owners had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the grill was perfect for the days we stayed in for dinner. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!

Wonderful house, great location!!

This house is great! It had everything we might need: beach chairs, beach umbrella, even beach toys for our son. The house was very clean and much bigger than on the pictures. The location is great too, in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood,only 20 min to naples pier and downtown. We loved it!

Wonderful vacation home

My wife and I wanted to enjoy a peaceful retreat and this home gave us just that! Nestled in a beautiful community, this home is surrounded by natural tropical beauty and gives you a true feeling of home! We truly valued the location as well... it is very convenient and close to great food, grocery and beaches. We will surely be back again and recommend this home for anyone wanting to enjoy family time!

March in Naples

We loved our stay for the month of March in this beautiful home in Naples. You couldn’t ask for a nicer home and community. The owners were very quick to respond to all our emails and even checked on us weekly to make sure we had everything we needed! The pool, lanai and golf course view were heavenly! We would definitely book this home again next time we visit Naples.

Perfect

The house was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable, we spent most of our time in the lanai. It's in a great neighborhood and is very quiet. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. If you like to walk, Lely resort is perfect. Most all beaches are within 20 minutes drive. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!!

This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and we found everything we could need - including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach (which comes in very handy!). The house is close to the beach and many worthwhile attractions, like shopping on 5th Avenue, Marco Island and Island of Capris, or just staying home and swimming in the pool. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, or if you prefer, Sam Snead's is within walking distance and you can enjoy your meal on the outside patio overlooking the golf course. The owners were extremely nice and responded quickly to all questions or comments that we had. We just returned home and we are already planning our next trip to Naples and would love to stay here again!!

Wonderful home!

We totally enjoyed our stay at John and Amy's home in Naples. The house was spotless and very well equipped, the owners thought of everything you could need:) Loved the pool, paid to have it heated which was well worth it as some of the March days were a little cool, but used it every day! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We immediately knew this was where we wanted to spend more time especially now that our son is attending college in the area.
