As an additional guest compliment, we provide some basic provisions to ensure whatever time you arrive you can always have a hot drink and toast as minimum.
This includes: Tea / Sugar / Coffee / Fresh Milk / Bread / Butter & chilled bottles of water in the fridge.
Your booking and the prices you see are always for the entire house.
Guests can access all areas within The Coach House. The house is fitted with Superfast WiFi ALL our guests will be personally met and greeted.

The host double booked us and moved us into a multiple occupancy house. He allocate us two rooms no one else was staying rooms partly made up. Like student digs, pans had the non stick coating peeling off, crockery chipped, cutlery was a disgrace. We had booked a luxury apartment so are very disappointed. The next door neighbour had the TV on until three in the morning at top volume and there was no private parking or any of the little touches advertised on our original booking.

I’m truly sorry for the double-booking and for moving you to a different property without clear communication.
The house is certainly not a HMO, it’s just set up for larger type groups
I also apologise for the bed being set up as twins (I wasn’t aware it was a couple), the poor condition of some kitchen items, missing amenities, and the noise disturbance.
This was well below the standard you booked.
I’ve replaced the pans, crockery and cutlery, and will ensure rooms are fully prepared in future
