Amplio Bilocale in a small family residence located in the Flumini area of Quartu S'Elena. The house is surrounded by green countryside 5 minutes drive from Flumini and Bellavista (the nearest centers with pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, post office) and just 10 minutes from the Poetto beach, 22 minutes from Cagliari Center and 35 min from Villasimius. Everything at your fingertips for relaxing holidays in our land. Available in the large garden in which the house is surrounded, barbecue and large marble table to take advantage of the good summer days.

Lovely stay at south Sardinia

We had great time at Sardinia staying at Fabiana’s house. The little house is spacious inside and surrounded by lovely garden. The whole property is enclosed and very safe. House is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay (including cooking) we traveled wit our dog and the place was very good for her as well :) Fabiana was amazing host, very helpful and responsive. We really felt like at home there :) it is a few minutes drive from amazing coast of south Sardinia with crystal clear water and beautiful sandy beaches. Fully recommended!

Not as quiet as we thought

Everything perfect, except the motorway near by. Unfortunately you hear much noise, especially in the early morning. The windows kept it outside, but when it's getting really hot at night, there might be a problem.

Extraordinaire.Le lieu juste sublime,un coin de paradis entre Oliviers, fleurs, figuiers,orangers ,le paradis, canaris,et autres espèces d'oiseaux sauvage,sans compter les chats sur place qui sont si mignons,et le petit chien que j'adorais,qui venais nous accueillir a chaque arrivé,et dire bonjour touts les matins .Évidement on ne peut pas oublié Fabiana une personne extraordinaire,souriante,aimable, toujour prête à vous rendre serviceet vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits a visité et restaurants de grand choix.encore un grand merci Fabiana et merci pour tout,.Une famille exceptionnelle avec un grand cœur,merci a tous pour votre gentillesse et dévoulement.On reviendra c'est sur ,et je le recommande les yeux fermés.A très vite

Le logement est très bien , grand et dans un grand jardin . Nous étions avec un scooter 125 donc la route est un peu rock and roll pour ce type de véhicule . La hôte très très sympa . Pas de critique négative. Merci pour le gâteau!!

Sehr schoenes Haus, geraeumig, tolles Bad, die I’m Grundstueck in separaten Haeusern wohnen stoeren nicht, allerdings verlaeuft in unmittelbarer Grundstuecksnaehe eine 4-spurige Schnellstrasse, was zu einem gewissen Laermpegel fuehrt.

Vacanza da sogno

Vacanza da sogno in un posto incantevole. Casa nuova, grande e fornita di ogni comodità all'interno di una proprietà circondata dagli ulivi. Fabiana, la padrona, è stata come una mamma, sempre premurosa e attenta ai nostri bisogni. La posizione defilata rispetto alla città permette di godere della tranquillità della campagna ed è comunque comoda per accedere alla ss125 che conduce verso le più belle spiagge del sud est. La strada sterrata e sconnessa per accedere alla proprietà sarebbe l'unico aspetto da migliorare, ma Fabiana ci ha assicurato che ci stanno lavorando!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit herzlicher Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und makellos sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – alles war top. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Während unseres Aufenthalts stand sie immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Allerdings ist die Straße zur Wohnung sehr Holprig und nicht für Tiefergelegte Autos geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. wir können diese uneingescweiterempfehlen!

maison au calme et proche des plages

La location est irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison. Nous étions proche de plusieurs plages et de supermarché (5 min en voiture). Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous retournons près de Cagliari. Merci à Fabiana Bodano et son papa.

Mooie woning omgeven door grote tuin met olijfbomen

Fabiana verwelkomde ons heel hartelijk op een afgesproken plek in de buurt van de woning. De buurt /omgeving is niet geweldig, maar "onze" woning en de woningen van haar en haar ouders staan in een hele grote omheinde tuin met olijfbomen. Wifi aanwezig. En als we een probleem hadden (wifi) dan probeerde Fabiana het zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Al met al en qua prijs / kwaliteit een uitstekende woning met Fabiana als uitstekende hostes.

Tranquillité total

La maison est splendide ,moderne,bien équipée, avec des pièces vastes. Elle se situe dans un grand terrain arboré d'oliviers et d'arbres fruitiers très bien entretenus. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Une location à recommander pour visiter les environs et aller à la plage.

Unterkunft mit Herz

Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir auch, dank der herzlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Art von Fabiana und Salvatore Ihrem Sohn, sehr genossen. Nebst den eigenen Ideen haben Sie uns viele Inputs zu Strände, Restaurants, Stadtbesichtigung gegeben. Die äusserst hilfsbereite Art von beiden, die schöne Umgebung mit den Olivenbäumen, die beiden süssen Hündchen haben unseren Urlaub bereichert. Das BBQ im Garten der Anlage war ein schöner Abend. Das Appartemento war schön Gross, gut Ausgestattet, Modern, und der Garten zum draussen sitzen war super. Wir beiden haben den Aufenthalt bei Fabiana und Salvatore sehr genossen. Vielen, vielen Dank und weiterhin alles gute. Lars und Michael

Très agréable séjour

Très bien accueillis par Fabiana. La maison est située sur un grand terrain privé et est très agréable, propre et moderne. Par contre, il y fait un peu chaud. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et garderons un très bon souvenir de cette rencontre.

TUTTO STUPENDO

Un posto incantevole, giardino stupendo circondato da ulivi con un gran bel camino barbecue. La casa è arredata benissimo con una camera molto grande e pure una doccia enorme. L'abitazione è vicina alla super strada che porta al mare, in 25 minuti ci si trova già in posti stupendi. Fabiana ( proprietaria) è stata stupenda come anche i suoi parenti e pure il super cagnolino Mesner. Che dire... speriamo di poterci tornare il prima possibile.

Soggiorno rilassante

La proprietà si trova a un quarto d'ora dal centro abitato, in campagna in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per chi si vuole rilassare. Serve la macchina per potersi muovere. Unica nota negativa la strada sterrata per raggiungere l'abitazione, con troppe buche, Anche se i proprietari ci hanno comunicato che verrà presto asfaltata. L'abitazione è molto bella e nuova, doccia molto grande. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. I proprietari abitano affianco, sono molto gentili e discreti e per nulla invadenti.

Schönes Quartier

Herrliche, neu eingerichtete und blitzsaubere Wohnung in eigenem Häuschen in einem großen Olivenhain. Es gab viel Freiraum innen und außen und den Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt dabei. Chickes Bad und eine extra Toilette, in der sich die Waschmaschine befand, sehr nützlich für die Strandtücher war. Die Nähe der Autobahn war nicht störend, man hörte sie kaum und nachts war Ruhe. Einzig die Schlaglöcher auf den letzten 500 Metern der Anfahrt waren zeitraubend...
